从《条例》看学校制度的程序正义

【摘要】:正良好的程序是好制度的有机组成部分,也是好制度得以形成和运行的根本。程序正义是指制度在制定和适用中的程序具有正当性,主要体现于程序的运作过程中。程序正义的特征主要包括完善性、公开性、参与性、平等性等。
[Abstract]:A good procedure is an organic part of a good system, and also the basis for the formation and operation of a good system. Procedural justice refers to the legitimacy of the procedure in the establishment and application of the system, which is mainly embodied in the operation of the procedure. The characteristics of procedural justice include perfection, openness, participation, equality and so on.
