基于DEA和多元智能的教育信息管理理论与模型研究

【摘要】:2004年秋,我国进行新一轮高中课程改革,面向全体学生和关注学生个性差异是本次课程改革的主线,大教育观下的学生观、课程观和评价观的设计与应用是目前摆在每一所普通高中学校面前的三大问题。本文通过长期对国内外基础教育领域理论、方法的研究和比较和对基础教育单位的调查、分析,利用教育哲学、多元智能、整体课程论、教学目标分类法等教育理论对基础教育领域存在的一些问题加以分析,将数据包络分析法(DEA)、模糊综合分析法应用到基础教育教学和教育管理中,对基础教育中的评价方法和模型进行分析与设计。 首先,基于基础教育单位对网络课程教师评价和教师对于自我评价、自我发展方面的需求,利用教育学和教育评价原理,开发、设计了一套的教师网络课程的教学评价量规,并利用DEA方法为其设计了分析方法和模型。 然后,基于基础教育单位对学生整体性学习质量评价量表和评价方法的需求,利用布鲁姆教学目标分类法设计了一套基于布鲁姆教学目标分类法的学生学习质量评价量表,并为其设计了模糊评价相结合的数据分析模式。 随后,利用整体教育观和教育哲学理论分析了基础教育单位在全民教育和教育社会化方面的问题与困惑,提出了一个基础教育阶段全面教育的全新概念--社区教育发展共同体,为其进行概念界定和功能设置,利用多元智能理论设计了基础教育单位课程设置分析模型,并在此基础上利用图标法对某学校课程设置情况加以分析应用。 最后,在对天津市基础教育单位网络环境和网络管理进行分析的前提下,从网格概念的界定、特性和对几种网络结构的比较分析入手,对基础教育单位网络管理的结构模型模型进行了分析、设计,提出了完整的系统体系结构模型和安全结构模型,以及相应的安全策略。
[Abstract]:In the autumn of 2004, China carried out a new round of curriculum reform in senior high school. Facing all students and paying attention to students' personality difference is the main line of this curriculum reform. The design and application of curriculum view and evaluation view are three problems in front of every ordinary high school. Through the long-term research and comparison of the theories and methods in the field of basic education at home and abroad and the investigation and analysis of basic education units, this paper makes use of educational philosophy, multiple intelligences, and holistic curriculum theory. Some problems existing in the field of basic education are analyzed in the educational theories such as the classification of teaching objectives. The data envelopment analysis method (DEA),) fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is applied to the basic education teaching and education management. The evaluation methods and models in basic education are analyzed and designed. First of all, based on the needs of teachers' self-evaluation and self-development in basic education units, a set of teaching evaluation rules for teachers' online courses is designed by using the principles of pedagogy and educational evaluation. The analysis method and model are designed by using DEA method. Then, based on the demand of the basic education unit for students' overall learning quality evaluation scale and evaluation method, a set of students' learning quality evaluation scale based on Bloom's teaching objective classification is designed by using Bloom's teaching objective classification method. A data analysis model based on fuzzy evaluation is designed. Then, the author analyzes the problems and puzzles of the basic education units in the aspects of education for all and the socialization of education by using the holistic education view and the educational philosophy theory. This paper puts forward a new concept of comprehensive education in the basic education stage, community education development community, defines the concept and sets the function for it, and designs the analysis model of curriculum setting for the basic education unit by using the theory of multiple intelligences. And on this basis, the use of icon method to a school curriculum to analyze and apply. Finally, on the premise of analyzing the network environment and network management of basic education units in Tianjin, this paper starts with the definition of grid concept, its characteristics and the comparative analysis of several network structures. The structure model of basic education unit network management is analyzed and designed, and the complete system architecture model and security structure model are put forward, as well as the corresponding security strategy.
