美国改进低效学校的新尝试——迈阿密戴德郡“学校改进区”计划述评

【摘要】：迈阿密戴德郡学区于2004-2007学年实行了"学校改进区"计划,其目的在于短时期内改进戴德郡39所学校的低效状况,提高学生的学术水平。"学校改进区"计划从行政、教师、学生三方面着手对学校进行改进,计划实施三年以来取得了突出的成绩,有许多值得我们借鉴的地方。
[Abstract]:Miami Dade County School District implemented the "School improvement District" program in 2004 / 2007 school year, the purpose of which is to improve the inefficient situation of 39 schools in Dade County and improve the academic level of students in a short period of time. The "School improvement District" program starts to improve the school from three aspects: administration, teachers and students, and has made outstanding achievements in the past three years, and there are many places worthy of our reference.
