【摘要】: 青年教师是教育事业发展的未来和希望。如何尽快熟悉教学,少走弯路,学习、模仿、借鉴、掌握若干常用的教学模式,进一步提升教学技能和教学质量,这对于学校和新手教师本身都是一个严峻的课题。基于新课程改革的背景,新手教师成长为合格教师乃至优秀教师,仅仅依靠通常意义上的技能培训无法达成目标,必须在教学实践中培养教学新手的实践智慧。 本文从界定“新手教师”、“教学实践智慧”概念入手,分析了教学实践智慧的主要特点:情境性、复杂性、实践性;探讨了教学实践智慧的主要表现:教学行为的创新、教学机智的发挥、教学风格的展示,结合自身的工作经历和学习体会;提出了提升新手教师教学实践智慧的一些具体实施策略。包括教学实践智慧的培养途径: (1)注重知识的建构过程,体现知识生成的动态性;(2)注重课堂教学实践培训,强化教学行为的创新;(3)注重课堂教学实践的反思;(4)注重提升实践性知识;(5)注重自主教学管理,追求教学秩序的人文性。以及所在学校在提升新手教师教学实践智慧方面的一些有益尝试:(1)教学实施的策略——实行师徒结对,重视教学常规训练;(2)教学评价的策略——“心中时刻有学生”,精心研究学生;(3)反思能力的培养——学会反思,学会合作。 对新手教师的培训,要从单纯的教学技能方法训练转向教学实践智慧的培养,引导新手教师在教学行动中不断创新。而研究提升新手教师教学实践智慧的策略,使他们能够更快、更好地度过适应期,尽快地提升自身的专业素养,有效提高教学实际能力和教育质量,有着极其重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Young teachers are the future and hope of education. How to be familiar with teaching as soon as possible, to avoid detours, learning, imitation, learning and mastering some common teaching mode, to further improve the teaching skills and teaching quality, this is a serious issue for schools and new teachers. Based on the background of the new curriculum reform. The growth of novice teachers for qualified teachers and excellent teachers, only rely on the usual sense of skill training can not reach the goal, must cultivate teaching novices in the teaching practice of practical wisdom.
This paper from the definition of "novice teacher", "the wisdom of teaching practice" concept, analyzes the main characteristics of the wisdom of teaching practice: situation, complexity and practicality; discusses mainly the wisdom of teaching practice: the innovation of teaching behavior, teaching tact play, teaching style display, combined with my own work experience and learning experience; gives some concrete strategies of teaching practical wisdom of novice teachers. Including cultivating the wisdom of teaching practice way: (1) focus on the process of knowledge construction and reflect the dynamic generation of knowledge; (2) pay attention to the classroom teaching practice training, strengthen the innovation of teaching behavior; (3) pay attention to the classroom teaching practice reflection; (4) on the promotion of practical knowledge; (5) pay attention to teaching management, humanistic pursuit of teaching order. And in school to promote the novice teachers to teach some useful attempt to learn the practical wisdom: (1) The strategy of teaching implementation is to implement mentoring couple and attach importance to teaching regular training. (2) the strategy of teaching evaluation -- "students in mind always have students", carefully study students, (3) develop reflective ability -- learn to reflect and learn to cooperate.
For the novice teachers' training and teaching skills from the simple method of training to cultivate the wisdom of teaching practice, to guide the novice teachers to innovate in practice. And the study of strategy to promote the novice teachers teaching practice wisdom, so that they can be faster and better through the adaptation period, as soon as possible to improve their professional knowledge, improve the quality of teaching ability and education, has a very important significance.
