试论潜教育的价值功能及其在思想教育中的应用

【摘要】：从教育的存在形态和作用的表现形式划分,教育可划分为显性教育和隐性教育即潜教育。显性教育因其具有价值功能易被彰显的特点而往往为人们关注和重视,但潜教育却因自身作用的内隐性、文化性、间接性、情境性等特征而往往被人们所忽视或遗忘。而事实上,潜教育的价值功能特别是在思想教育中的潜移默化作用却是不可或缺的。
[Abstract]:Education can be divided into explicit education and latent education from the existing form of education and the form of expression of its function. Explicit education is often paid attention to by people because of its characteristic of value function. But latent education is often ignored or forgotten by people because of its inner recessive, cultural, indirect, situational and other characteristics. The value function of latent education, especially in ideological education, is indispensable.
