教育信息化时代中小学校教育技术中心发展策略研究

【摘要】： 中小学教育技术(电教中心)中心负责学校信息技术教学工作和教育技术装备的规划、实施和管理，具有教学和管理的双重职能。长期以来，由于种种原因，人们把中小学教育技术中心定位为学学校的教学辅助单位，把教育技术人员看成是教学辅助人员。即使在进入教育信息化时代的今天，中小学教育技术中心承担了学校信息技术教学工作，这种认识依然存在。这在一定程度上造成了中小学教育技术中心自身发展的局限性，，也削弱了教育技术中心在学校教育信息化发展中的地位和作用，难以充分发挥其职能。教育信息化的飞速发展，为中小学教育技术中心职能建设注入了新的内容。本文考虑中小学教育信息中心在学校教育信息化发展中所处的地位和作用，依据当前建构主义理论、教育信息化理论、信息技术与课程整合理论，提出了教育信息化时代对中小学教育技术中心要求，提出中小学教育技术中心应转变职能，向教育教学实践、学校教育信息化建设以及跟踪研究信息化发展趋势的方向迈进，并总结实现其职能发展的策略，以期对中小学教育技术中心职能的发展提供一些有指导性的研究和可操作的建议。
[Abstract]:The central and middle school education technology center is responsible for the planning , implementation and management of the school information technology teaching work and the educational technology equipment , and has the dual functions of teaching and management . For a long time , the education technology center of primary and middle schools is regarded as the teaching aid unit of the school . This paper takes into account the status and function of the education information center of primary and middle schools in the development of the information technology center of primary and middle schools , and puts forward the requirement of the educational technology center of the primary and middle schools in the information age of education , and puts forward the strategy of realizing its function development , with a view to providing some guiding research and operational suggestions to the development of the function of the education technology center in primary and middle schools .
