和谐校园的伦理学思考

【摘要】：建构和谐校园需要以伦理学的视角审视学校本身的正当性和校园关系的道德性,寻求和谐校园的伦理精神和伦理特质。和谐校园的价值追求应以伦理的视角建设校园,提升学校的伦理品性以及师生之间、教师之间、学生之间关系的人文性;以共享价值观为核心,形成奋发向上的精神力量和团结和睦的精神纽带;以关怀为切入点,营造师生的精神家园。和谐校园的伦理特质应该从公正、团结和尊重三个方面来把握,公正和团结反映了学校作为教育共同体的文化特质,尊重则反映了和谐校园人际关系的文化特质。理想的和谐校园应该是充满个人活力和创新能力的、尊重个人自由和价值的空间。
[Abstract]:To construct a harmonious campus, we need to examine the legitimacy of the school itself and the morality of the campus relationship from the perspective of ethics. The value pursuit of harmonious campus should build the campus from the perspective of ethics, promote the ethical character of the school and the humanism of the relationship between teachers and students, teachers and students; To share values as the core, to form the spiritual strength and unity and harmony of the spiritual link; The ethical characteristics of harmonious campus should be grasped from three aspects of justice, unity and respect. Justice and unity reflect the cultural characteristics of the school as an educational community. The ideal harmonious campus should be a space full of individual vigor and creativity, respecting individual freedom and value.
