美国、英国、新西兰三国校长专业标准比较及其启示

【摘要】：提升校长专业水准以提高学校效能,业已成为国际基础教育发展的一个重要趋势。20世纪90年代,美国、英国、新西兰先后制定了校长专业标准。通过对这三国校长专业标准的研究,可以发现校长专业标准会影响校长的日常管理行为,这既有重要的理论研究意义,也为研究我国的校长专业标准提供了宝贵的实践经验。
[Abstract]:Raising the professional standards of principals to improve school effectiveness has become an important trend in the development of international basic education. In 90s, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand has successively formulated professional standards for principals. Through the study of the professional standards of principals in these three countries, it can be found that the professional standards of principals affect principals' daily management behavior, which has important theoretical significance. It also provides valuable practical experience for the study of professional standards of principals in China.
