汉族、壮族和毛南族初中生成就动机及相关因素研究

【摘要】: 成就动机是对自认为重要或有价值的工作或活动,个人愿意去做,并力求成功的一种内在推动力量。成就动机是个体社会化的结果,其发展受到后天诸多因素影响,研究成就动机及影响因素对初中阶段的青少年有极重要意义。本研究可帮助本地方教育工作者认识和了解教育对象的重要方面,,以便他们更好的因材施教,并加强引导,提高他们学习的积极性和自觉性。 本文采用《成就动机量表》、《卡特尔儿童14PF量表》、《Nowicki-stricldand儿童内/外控》,对457名初中生问卷测查,初步研究结果显示: 1.汉族、壮族、毛南族初中生在追求成功动机上差异显著,汉族、壮族和毛南族初中生在避免失败动机上差异显著。 2.初中生追求成功动机与归因方式分值成负相关,初中生避免失败动机与归因方式分值呈正相关。 3.汉族、壮族、毛南族初中生的成就动机不受家庭结构影响。 4.男初中生追求成功动机比女初中生强,女初中生比男初中生避免失败动机强。 5.初中生追求成功动机和避免失败动机不受父亲文化程度和父亲职业类型影响,母亲文化程度和母亲职业对初中生追求成功动机和避免失败动机产生了显著的影响。 6.初中生追求成功动机不存在年级差异,初二比初一、初三避免失败动机更强。初一和初三学生避免失败动机没有差异。 7.初中生成就动机与某些人格因素相关显著。
[Abstract]:Achievement motivation is an intrinsic driving force that individuals are willing to do and strive for success in work or activities that they consider important or valuable. Achievement motivation is the result of individual socialization, and its development is influenced by many factors. The research on achievement motivation and influencing factors is of great significance to young people in junior middle school. This study can help local educators to understand and understand the important aspects of educational objects, so that they can better teach students in accordance with their aptitude and strengthen their guidance. Improve their enthusiasm and awareness of learning. The achievement motivation scale, Cattell Children's 14PF scale and Nowicki-stricldand Children's Internal / external Control scale were used to investigate 457 junior high school students. The preliminary results showed that:. 1. The junior middle school students of Han nationality, Zhuang nationality and Maonan nationality have significant differences in their motivation of pursuing success, while the junior high school students of Han nationality, Zhuang nationality and Maonan nationality have significant differences in the motivation of avoiding failure. 2. There is a negative correlation between the achievement motivation and the attribution style, and a positive correlation between the failure avoidance motivation and the attribution style score. 3. The achievement motivation of Han, Zhuang and Maonan junior high school students is not influenced by family structure. 4. Male junior high school students have stronger motivation to pursue success than female junior high school students, and female junior high school students have stronger motivation to avoid failure than male junior high school students. 5. Success motivation and failure avoidance motivation of junior high school students are not influenced by father's education level and father's occupation type. Mother's education level and mother's occupation have significant influence on the junior high school students' success motivation and avoiding failure motivation. 6. There is no grade difference in students' motivation to pursue success, but the motivation of avoiding failure in Grade two is stronger than that in Grade one, and there is no difference between Grade one and Grade three in avoiding failure. 7.Achievement motivation of junior high school students is significantly related to some personality factors.
