【摘要】：教育适应学生思想理念与创新性人才培养的原则和要求之间有着本质的契合。实施教育适应学生的教育理念,加速创新性人才培养,要从制度体系上真正确立学生的主体地位,切实尊重和保障学生自我发展需要及其在校期间自主学习的各项权益;要在引导学生自主学习和适应学生个性化发展需要方面下工夫,努力实现教育教学内容、方式的开放性和多样化。
[Abstract]:There is an essential correspondence between the ideological concept of adapting students and the principles and requirements of cultivating innovative talents. To carry out the educational concept of adapting education to students and to speed up the cultivation of innovative talents, we should really establish the main position of students from the system. We must earnestly respect and protect the needs of students' self-development and their rights and interests in autonomous learning during their school years; we must make efforts to guide students to learn independently and adapt to the needs of students' individualized development, and strive to realize the contents of education and teaching. Openness and diversity of ways.
