普通高中“信息公开”课程开发研究

【摘要】: 随着新一轮基础教育课程改革的发展,在高中课程框架中,信息技术课程首次成为了技术领域的科目之一,无论从课程形态到课程理念、目标、内容都有了较大的变化。从单纯技能化倾向的计算机课程转变为以培养学生素养为目标的信息技术课程,将信息科学、信息技术与信息社会融合在课程体系中。 本文试从信息社会中的“信息公开”研究入手,通过对学生调查和相关理论的研究,对“信息公开”纳入高中信息技术课程进行了可行性分析。开发了高中“信息公开”课程,提出了课程目标、内容和方法等,对课程的实施提出了相关建议。针对“信息公开”课程设计了教学案例,进行了教学实践,为“信息公开”课程的教学提供了指导和建议。最后,期望通过本人的研究,能够将“信息公开”内容纳入到高中信息技术课程中,成为“信息技术与社会”模块内容的补充,为今后的信息技术课程改革提供借鉴。 第一部分重点论述了与“信息公开”相关的概念和理论,如信息、信息公开、政府信息公开、信息公开制度等。研究了国内外政府信息公开的发展现状,分析了“信息公开”对社会发展的作用和意义,加深了“信息公开”对社会发展重要性的认识,为下面的研究做了铺垫。 第二部分通过对高中学生“信息公开”认识现状调查和分析,了解当前高中学生对“信息公开”及相关法律法规的认识,理清高中学生目前的“信息公开”意识现状;通过调查,了解高中学生对“信息公开”课程的认识和相关内容的选择,为课程的开发提供了借鉴。 第三部分通过对高中信息技术课程内容的选择和设置、高中学生心理发展和认知水平的研究,进行了“信息公开”纳入课程的重要性和可行性分析,为“信息公开”课程开发提供了理论的依据。 第四部分通过以上的调查和理论分析,尝试开发出高中“信息公开”课程的教学目标、教学内容、教学方法等,并提出了相关教学建议。 第五部分针对“信息公开”课程的开发,设计了一个有关“信息公开”的教学案例,进行了教学实践,通过学生的反馈和评价,教师的评价和反思,为“信息公开”课程的教学提供借鉴和指导。 第六部分总结出研究的结论和建议,为今后提出了进一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of the new basic education curriculum reform, the information technology curriculum has become one of the subjects in the field of technology for the first time in the framework of the senior high school curriculum. The content has changed greatly from the computer course with the tendency of pure skill to the information technology course which aims at cultivating students' literacy. The information science, information technology and information society are merged into the curriculum system. This paper attempts to start with the study of "information openness" in the information society, through the investigation of students and the study of relevant theories. This paper analyzes the feasibility of integrating "information openness" into high school information technology curriculum, develops the course of "information disclosure" in senior high school, and puts forward the course objectives, contents and methods, etc. This paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for the implementation of the course, designs the teaching case for the course "Information openness", carries on the teaching practice, provides the instruction and the suggestion for the "Information Open" course teaching. The content of "information disclosure" can be incorporated into the information technology curriculum of senior high school, and become the supplement of the module of "information technology and society", which can provide a reference for the future information technology curriculum reform. The first part focuses on the concepts and theories related to "information disclosure", such as information, information disclosure, government information disclosure, information disclosure system and so on. This paper analyzes on the role and significance of "information publicity" in social development, deepens the understanding of the importance of "information publicity" to social development, and paves the way for the following research. In the second part, through the investigation and analysis of the current understanding of "information disclosure" among senior high school students, the author finds out the current understanding of "information disclosure" and related laws and regulations among senior high school students, and clarifies the current situation of high school students' awareness of "information openness"; Through the investigation, we can find out the students' understanding of the course of "Information openness" and the choice of the relevant contents, which provides a reference for the development of the curriculum. The third part analyzes the importance and feasibility of "information disclosure" into the curriculum through the selection and setting of information technology curriculum content, the psychological development and cognitive level of senior high school students. It provides a theoretical basis for the development of the course "Information openness". Through the above investigation and theoretical analysis, the 4th part tries to develop the teaching objectives, teaching contents and teaching methods of the course "Information openness" in senior high school, and puts forward some relevant teaching suggestions. In the 5th part, according to the development of the course of "Information openness", a teaching case of "Information openness" is designed, and the teaching practice is carried out. Through the feedback and evaluation of students, the evaluation and reflection of teachers, To provide reference and guidance for the teaching of the course "Information openness". Part 6th summarizes the conclusions and suggestions of the research, and puts forward the direction of further research in the future.
