教师知识管理研究及其支持系统的设计与开发

【摘要】: 伴随着信息技术和网络技术的发展,人类社会进入了知识经济时代,知识已经成为社会发展的核心。知识的积累、利用、创新也成为社会发展的基础,知识管理应运而生。学校是知识密集性组织,而教育工作的载体教师,也就成了教育领域知识管理的重中之重。教育改革和信息社会的发展给教师提出新挑战,教师也必须通过知识管理来促进自身发展,提升专业素养。开展教师知识管理,对教师的专业水平和素质的提高和学校整体的效能、竞争力的提升都有重要意义。 本研究从教师知识管理的理论研究和其支持系统开发两个方面开展,论文分为六个章节。第一章为综述,针对论文选题,简单介绍了本研究的背景、目的、内容、方法等。第二章为相关理论综述,在查阅相关文献的基础上介绍了两个相关的基本概念:教师知识和知识管理,并介绍了教育领域知识管理发展现状。第三章为教师知识管理整体分析,是本研究第一个重点内容,首先在文献阅读的基础上界定了教师知识管理概念,并从教师知识管理的主体、客体两个方面进行详细介绍,分析了当前教师知识管理现状及其中存在的问题,并对教师知识管理的核心内容——隐性知识显性化和教师知识管理工具进行介绍。第四章在教师知识管理理论研究和教师访谈、问卷调查的基础上,对教师知识管理支持系统框架进行设计,并针对当前学校网站发展现状开发其中部分功能,此部分是本研究的另一个重要内容。第五章介绍了系统实现的相关技术,以及其中的关键点,最后是研究结论和研究展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and network technology, human society has entered the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the core of social development. The accumulation, utilization and innovation of knowledge have become the basis of social development. Knowledge management emerges as the times require. School is a knowledge-intensive organization, and the carrier of educational work, teachers, has become the most important part of knowledge management in the field of education. The educational reform and the development of the information society pose new challenges to teachers. Teachers must also promote their own development and improve their professional literacy through knowledge management, which is of great significance to the improvement of teachers' professional level and quality, the efficiency of the school as a whole and the promotion of competitiveness. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is a summary, which introduces the background, purpose and content of this research. The second chapter is a review of relevant theories, which introduces two basic concepts: teacher knowledge and knowledge management, based on the review of relevant literature. The third chapter is the overall analysis of teacher knowledge management, which is the first focus of this study. Firstly, the concept of teacher knowledge management is defined on the basis of literature reading. Then it introduces the subject and object of teacher knowledge management in detail, and analyzes the current situation of teacher knowledge management and the existing problems. The paper also introduces the core content of teacher knowledge management-tacit knowledge dominance and teacher knowledge management tools. Chapter 4th is based on the theoretical research of teacher knowledge management, teacher interview and questionnaire survey. The framework of teacher knowledge management support system is designed, and some functions are developed according to the current situation of school website development. This part is another important content of this research. Chapter 5th introduces the related technology of system implementation. And the key points, the final research conclusions and research prospects.
