高校青年教师心理健康扶助机制建设研究

【摘要】: 高校青年教师是高等教育未来的希望和继往开来的中坚力量,其心理是否健康,不仅直接影响其教学态度、观念和教学科研行为,而且影响到“育人”的过程和效果。 调查显示,当前高校青年教师的心理健康状况不容乐观,在躯体化、强迫、焦虑、敌对、精神病性等因子上得分显著高于全国常模。主要表现为生理——心理症状、人际关系以及职业行为等方面的问题。关注高校青年教师这一特殊群体的心理健康,加强高校青年教师心理健康扶助机制建设显得尤为重要。实现这一机制,要按照高校青年教师心理健康的目标要求,加强社会的多方位保障、学校的立体式引导、家庭的人文式关怀以及社区的外部支持,即全方位整合社会、学校、家庭、社区力量,逐步构建起“四位一体”扶助模式,努力为青年教师营造一个良好的心理环境和外部空间。实现此扶助模式的途径,一是要从高校青年教师的需要出发加强心理疏导与维护;二是要努力建设高校青年教师心理保健和心理危机干预体系;三是青年教师要加强心理健康的自我调适,积极应对压力和矛盾冲突,预防和调适职业倦怠。
[Abstract]:Young college teachers are the hope of the future of higher education and the backbone of the future. Their mental health not only directly affects their teaching attitude, concepts and behaviors of teaching and research, but also affects the process and effect of "educating people". The investigation shows that the mental health status of young teachers in colleges and universities is not optimistic. The scores of somatization, compulsion, anxiety, hostility and psychosis are significantly higher than the national norm. It is very important to pay attention to the mental health of the special group of young college teachers, and to strengthen the construction of psychological health support mechanism for young college teachers. In accordance with the goal of the mental health of young teachers in colleges and universities, we should strengthen the multi-directional social protection, the stereoscopic guidance of the school, the humanistic care of the family and the external support of the community, that is, the all-round integration of social, school, family and community forces, Gradually construct the "four-in-one" support mode, and strive to create a good psychological environment and external space for young teachers. The way to realize this mode is to strengthen psychological guidance and maintenance according to the needs of young teachers in colleges and universities. The second is to build the psychological health care and psychological crisis intervention system of young teachers in colleges and universities, and the third is to strengthen the self-adjustment of mental health, to deal with the pressure and conflict actively, to prevent and adjust job burnout.
