青海省中小学教师信息素养现状、问题及对策研究

【摘要】: 当人类的步伐迈入21世纪,以媒体、通信、网络、人工智能等为代表的信息收集、处理、加工、传输等技术的飞速发展及在社会生活的各个领域的渗透,引领着人类社会进入信息化时代。信息素养将与读、写、算等能力一起构成新时代学生适应未来社会、开展终身学习、促进自身的完善与发展所必须具备的基础学力。面对信息时代对人才的要求,教师面临着前所未有的挑战和冲击,作为信息社会的普通公民、更作为知识的传播者,教师必须直面在信息社会所面临的新课题,,及时调整自己的定位,努力提高自身信息素养。 地处我国西北地区的青海省,地理位置偏远,自然条件恶劣,经济发展和文化教育水平落后。虽然信息化教育开展已有多年,教师信息技术培训研究也日益深入,青海省中小学教师信息素养的相关研究却几乎为空白。本文试通过问卷调查和访谈,了解青海省中小学教师信息素养现状,找到影响其提高的内外因素,为提高青海省中小学教师信息素养给出相应的对策、建议。 本文首先通过梳理国内外信息素养研究现状,提出教师信息素养内容结构。并以此为基础制作青海省中小学教师信息素养调查问卷。笔者重点通过问卷调查,分析青海省一、二、三类地区中小学教师信息素养现状。同时,通过问卷结果分析并结合相关数据,发掘影响教师信息素养水平的问题所在。基于发现的问题,笔者以系统论等相关理论为指导,从宏观、中观、微观三个层次提出提高青海省中小学教师信息素养的相应对策。
[Abstract]:As the pace of mankind enters the 21st century, the rapid development of information collection, processing, processing, transmission and other technologies, such as media, communications, network, artificial intelligence, etc., and their penetration in all fields of social life, Information literacy, together with the ability to read, write and calculate, will constitute a new era for students to adapt to the future society and carry out lifelong learning. In the face of the demands of the information age on talents, teachers are facing unprecedented challenges and shocks. As ordinary citizens of the information society, they are also the disseminators of knowledge. Teachers must face up to the new problems in the information society, adjust their position in time, and strive to improve their information literacy. Qinghai Province, located in the northwest of China, has a remote geographical location, poor natural conditions, backward economic development and cultural and educational level. Although information education has been carried out for many years, the research on teachers' information technology training has been deepening day by day. The research on the information literacy of primary and middle school teachers in Qinghai province is almost blank. This paper tries to understand the present situation of information literacy of primary and middle school teachers in Qinghai province by questionnaire and interview, and find out the internal and external factors that affect the improvement of the information literacy of primary and middle school teachers. In order to improve the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinghai Province, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given. In this paper, first of all, by combing the current situation of information literacy research at home and abroad, the content structure of teachers' information literacy is put forward, and based on this, the information literacy questionnaire of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinghai Province is made. Secondly, the present situation of information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in three regions. At the same time, through the analysis of questionnaire results and combining with relevant data, the problems affecting teachers' information literacy level are explored. Under the guidance of system theory and other related theories, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinghai province from three levels: macro, meso and micro.
