基于网络环境的大学生心理健康教育策略研究

【摘要】: 教育环境作为教育要素之一,对教育活动过程和效果起着重要作用。网络时代的来临,使我国当代大学生所处的教育环境已经不再是纯粹的传统教育环境,但也不是纯粹的网络虚拟环境,而是传统教育环境与网络环境并存。网络与大学生的生活和学习息息相关,深刻地改变着大学生的学习、生活和交往方式,而且更加深刻地改变着大学生的思想、观念和精神世界。网络环境对大学生心理健康的影响是极其复杂的,既有积极的正面影响,也有消极的负面影响。网络技术正迅速地向社会各个领域渗透,高校校园已成为我国互联网用户最密集的区域。面对网络这一新环境的强势介入,如何避免网络环境的消极影响、利用网络环境的积极影响、发挥网络优势,加强大学生心理健康教育,提高大学生心理素质,是当代大学生心理健康教育工作面临的新课题。为了探讨网络环境介入后,如何利用网络营造良好的大学生心理健康教育环境、加强大学生心理健康教育工作、增强大学生心理健康自主维护能力,本文采用文献研究、行动研究的方法,对我国高校大学生心理健康教育的宏观策略进行了初步探讨,并构建了一套基于网络环境的大学生心理健康教育策略体系。本研究的主要内容如下: 第一章主要论述本课题的研究背景、国内外的研究现状和本课题研究的意义。第二章论述了传统环境下大学生心理健康教育的原则、途径、机构、师资、内容等方面的概况;分析了目前我国大学生心理健康教育工作的网络环境。第三章主要从网络本身和大学生心理健康教育工作的需要出发,分析了网络环境的特点,及其对大学生心理健康教育途径、工作机构、师资素质、教育内容、课堂教学、心理健康知识获取、心理健康维护等方面带来的积极影响和优势。第四章提出了一些基于网络环境的大学生心理健康教育机构建设、师资培训、课堂教学、资源优化、大学生心理健康知识获取、心理健康自主维护等方面的具体策略。第五章构建了一套基于网络环境的大学生心理健康教育策略体系,总结了策略应用的效果。
[Abstract]:As one of the elements of education, educational environment plays an important role in the process and effect of educational activities.With the advent of the network age, the educational environment of contemporary college students in our country is no longer a pure traditional educational environment, but not a pure network virtual environment, but a traditional educational environment and a network environment.The network is closely related to the life and study of college students. It profoundly changes the study, life and communication style of college students, and it also changes the thought, concept and spiritual world of college students.The influence of network environment on college students' mental health is very complicated, both positive and negative.Network technology is rapidly infiltrating into various fields of society, and university campus has become the most intensive area of Internet users in China.In the face of the strong intervention of the new network environment, how to avoid the negative influence of the network environment, make use of the positive influence of the network environment, give play to the network advantage, strengthen the psychological health education of the college students, improve the psychological quality of the university students,It is a new task for contemporary college students in mental health education.In order to explore how to make use of the network to create a good mental health education environment for college students, to strengthen the mental health education of college students, and to enhance the ability of independent maintenance of college students' mental health after the intervention of the network environment, this paper adopts the literature research.Based on the method of action research, the macro strategies of mental health education for college students in China are discussed, and a set of strategies system of mental health education for college students based on network environment is constructed.The main contents of this study are as follows:The first chapter mainly discusses the research background, the domestic and foreign research status and the significance of this research.The second chapter discusses the principles, approaches, institutions, teachers and contents of mental health education for college students in the traditional environment, and analyzes the network environment of mental health education for college students in our country.The third chapter analyzes the characteristics of the network environment, the ways of mental health education, the working organization, the quality of teachers, the content of education, the classroom teaching, from the perspective of the network itself and the needs of college students' mental health education.Mental health knowledge acquisition, mental health maintenance and other aspects of the positive impact and advantages.The fourth chapter puts forward some specific strategies for college students' mental health education institution construction, teacher training, classroom teaching, resource optimization, college students' mental health knowledge acquisition and self-maintenance of mental health based on network environment.Chapter five constructs a set of mental health education strategy system based on network environment and summarizes the effect of strategy application.
