师德教育:走向常态和有效

【摘要】：师德教育是教育发展中的永恒话题。在新课程改革的背景之下,师德教育面临着新的挑战。师德教育看起来好像是务虚的工作,似乎没有很强的操作性。我们在实践中进行了一些有益的探索,构建了师德教育的三维立体教育体系,形成了师德教育的良好社会大环境。搭建了师德教育的绿色平台,开展了丰富多彩的师德教育活动,使得师德教育走向了常态化发展之路,师德教育收到了很好的效果。建立师德教育长效机制,建立专题培训和研究制度,不断丰富师德教育的内涵。
[Abstract]:Teacher moral education is an eternal topic in the development of education. Under the background of the new curriculum reform, teachers' moral education is facing new challenges. Teacher moral education seems to be a job of retreat, it does not seem to have very strong operability. We have carried on some beneficial exploration in practice, constructed the three-dimensional education system of teacher's moral education, and formed the good social environment of teacher's moral education. The green platform of teachers' moral education has been set up and the rich and colorful activities of teachers' moral education have been carried out, which has made the teachers' moral education develop on a regular basis, and the teachers' moral education has received very good results. To establish a long-term mechanism of teachers' moral education and to set up a special training and research system to enrich the connotation of teachers' moral education.
