【摘要】：中小学心理健康教育工作其科学性、有效性与教育性的保证,有赖于职业规范的制定与约束,如何规范心理健康教育教师的职业行为,确定其责任、权利和义务,也是心理健康教育管理过程中不容忽视的问题。本文通过介绍俄罗斯学校心理服务工作者的职业规范,为我国中小学心理健康教育的职业化提供了借鉴。
[Abstract]:The scientific, effective and educational guarantee of mental health education in primary and secondary schools depends on the establishment and restriction of professional norms. How to standardize the professional behavior of mental health education teachers and determine their responsibilities, rights and obligations, It is also a problem that can not be ignored in the management of mental health education. This paper introduces the professional norms of psychological service workers in Russian schools and provides reference for the professionalization of mental health education in primary and secondary schools in China.
