全民优质教育均衡发展的区域研究——宁波市江东区的实践探索

【摘要】:江东区在教育均衡发展的区域推进中,通过转变理念认识和制度创新,初步实现了资源配置优化和学校内涵发展的均衡目标。主要思路是:从区域教育整体设计角度,探索我国经济发达地区全民优质教育均衡发展的理论和实践模型,包括制度研究、发展指标体系构建与测评、特色学校建设、有效课堂教学模式开发及基于现代教育信息技术的平台构筑等。
[Abstract]:In the regional promotion of the balanced development of education in Jiangdong District, through the transformation of concept and system innovation, the optimization of resource allocation and the balanced goal of the development of school connotation have been realized preliminarily. The main idea is to explore the theory and practice model of the balanced development of quality education for all the people in the developed areas of our country from the perspective of the overall design of regional education. It includes the research of the system, the construction and evaluation of the development index system, the construction of the characteristic schools, the development of the effective classroom teaching mode and the construction of the platform based on the information technology of modern education.
