日本教育领域的现状和问题

【摘要】：近一段时期,日本的教育领域出现了许多问题,突出地表现为:1)缩小教职员的决策权,教育行政部门通过“指导、建议”不断加强对学校的统治;2)教育领域中的歧视不断扩大;3)对侵略战争和殖民地统治采取肯定态度。对于这些问题,日本的教职员和学生家长、社会居民等采取了多方面的抵抗措施,主要包括:1)对缩小教职员的决策权、加强对学校的统治进行不懈地抵抗;2)为了克服不断扩大的“歧视”问题,而开展人权教育;3)为了阻止“肯定侵略战争和殖民地统治”的动向,而重视阐明历史事实,进行历史事实教育。今后,针对“推动战争和歧视扩大的力量”,形成“阻止战争和歧视扩大的力量”是十分必要的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there have been many problems in the field of education in Japan, notably in the form of: 1) reducing the decision-making power of the teaching staff, and the educational administration has adopted "guidance." It is suggested that "the rule over schools should be strengthened continuously (2) discrimination in the field of education should continue to expand, and (3) a positive attitude towards war of aggression and colonial rule should be adopted." In response to these problems, Japanese staff, parents of students, and social residents have taken various measures of resistance, mainly including: 1) to reduce the decision-making power of teaching staff. Strengthening unremitting resistance to the rule of schools (2) in order to overcome the growing problem of "discrimination" and to carry out human rights education 3) in order to stop the "affirmation of war of aggression and colonial rule" and to attach importance to the clarification of historical facts, Carry on the education of historical fact. In the future, it is necessary to form a force to prevent the expansion of war and discrimination.
