教师人文素质现状及优化对策研究

【摘要】：本文依托中国公民人文素质调查,从道德、文化、法律、科学、审美、环保等各个方面剖析教师的人文素质,总结教师的基础性、发展性和延伸性人文素质状况,并分析教师人文素质在意识、知识和行为等不同形态的问题,并提出优化教师人文素质的对策。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of the humanistic quality of Chinese citizens, this paper analyzes the humanistic qualities of teachers from the aspects of morality, culture, law, science, aesthetics and environmental protection, and summarizes the basic, developmental and extended humanistic qualities of teachers. This paper also analyzes the problems of teachers' humanistic quality in different forms, such as consciousness, knowledge and behavior, and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize teachers' humanistic quality.
