西方学校组织再造理论研究述评

【摘要】:学校组织再造理论经过20多年的发展,理论体系不断完善,研究范围不断扩大,研究结论越来越贴近学校现实。综观学校组织再造理论的发展脉络,近年来这一领域的研究成果可分成五大主题——学校组织再造的概念与内涵、学校组织发展形式、学校组织再造中的权力分配、学校组织再造的具体对象和学校组织再造的理论依托。而开拓其他的研究主题、加强实证研究、大胆借用其他学科成熟的研究方法是学校组织再造研究未来发展的方向。
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years' development, the theory system of school organization reengineering has been perfected, the research scope has been expanded, and the research conclusion is more and more close to the school reality. In recent years, the research results in this field can be divided into five major themes: the concept and connotation of school organizational reengineering, the development form of school organization, and the distribution of power in school organizational reengineering. The concrete object of school organization reengineering and the theoretical basis of school organization reengineering. To explore other research topics, strengthen the empirical research, and borrow the mature research methods of other disciplines is the direction of the future development of the research of school organization reengineering.
