高创造倾向大学生人格特征

【摘要】:目的:比较大学生高创造倾向与低创造倾向的人格差异,分析高创造倾向大学生的人格特征。方法:①于2005-10随机整群抽取西安地区在校大学生700人。均同意参加问卷评估。采用卡氏16种人格量表和自编创造倾向问卷评估人格特殊性征和创造性。16项人格因素问卷共187道题,包括16项根源性人格因素(乐群性、聪慧性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性、敏感性、怀疑性、幻想性、世故性、忧虑性、实验性、独立性、自律性、紧张性)和4项二级因素(适应与焦虑、内向与外相、感情用事与安详机警、怯懦与果断)。分数越高表明更具有该方面人格特征。自编创造倾向问卷共20道题,包括发散性、求异性、探索性、敏捷性、操作性5个因素,分数越高表明创造性倾向越高。②对组间16种人格量表测验结果差异比较采用t检验。结果:发放问卷700份,收回有效问卷538份,问卷回收率76.8%。利用极端分组法,将总分低于0分的定为低分组,选90人,其中男女生各半;总分在12分以上为高分组,选90人。①16种人格量表各因子评分结果:高分组学生在16种人格量表的稳定性、恃强性、有恒性、敢为性4因子评分明显高于低分组(t=4.366~10.098,P0.01),在忧虑性、兴奋性2项明显低于低分组(t=-4.449,-5.615,P0.01)。②次级人格特征差异:高分组4项二级因素中适应焦虑评分明显低于低分组[(4.52±1.52),(5.72±1.35)分,t=-5.589,P0.01],内外向、情感和怯弱果断评分分别为(7.92±1.54),(6.50±1.41),(6.06±1.31)分,高于低分组[(5.86±1.65),(5.61±1.41),(5.44±1.63)分,t=8.610,4.229,2.798,P0.01]。结论:高创造倾向大学生具有高稳定性、高恃强性、高有恒性、高敢为性、低忧虑性、低兴奋性人格特征;次级人格特征为适应性焦虑低、外倾、情感丰富、果断、刚毅。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the personality differences between high creative tendency and low creative tendency of college students and analyze their personality characteristics.
