基于开放式信息化理念下的高校教育信息化研究

【摘要】：文章以寻找制约高校教育信息化水平迅速提高的因素为切入点,结合对江西省高等教育信息化水平现状的调研,提出了开放式信息化理念,并从多功能性、开放性和动态稳定性角度论述了用开放式信息化理念迅速升高高校教育信息化水平的机制,从而为高校实施信息化建设提供参考。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of the present situation of the information level of higher education in Jiangxi Province, the paper puts forward the idea of open information, and puts forward the concept of open information from the point of view of finding the factors restricting the rapid improvement of the level of higher education informatization in colleges and universities. From the angle of openness and dynamic stability, this paper discusses the mechanism of rapidly raising the level of educational informatization in colleges and universities by using the concept of open information, thus providing a reference for the implementation of information construction in colleges and universities.
