基于慕课混合式教学下的高校英语教师教学能力发展的调查研究

近年来,教育部开始强调教育信息化的重要性。教育部印发了《加快推进教育现代化实施方案(2018—2022年)》,提出“加快信息化时代教育变革,推动教育组织形式和管理模式的变革创新,以信息化推进教育现代化”的战略任务。近年来,课堂教学与网络教学相结合已经成为高校实现教育改革的重要实践方式。混合式教学从教师主导出发,关注如何帮助学生获得最优化的学习效果。网上和网下相结合的教学方式给高校教师带来了职业发展机遇,但同时也给他们带来了挑战。他们需要更新自己的教学理念,教学模式,教学评价并及时反思自己如何在新时代高等教育中追寻发展。本研究旨在研究基于慕课的混合式教学中高校英语教师的教学能力的发展,从而为高校老师实施混合式教学提供意见。本研究对河北省某高校参与混合式教学的英语老师实施调查。通过对老师的课堂观察,访谈以及学生的问卷和访谈,全方位地了解在实施基于慕课的混合式教学中老师的教学能力的发展。研究发现老师们的教学设计能力、教学实施能力和教学评价能力都有提升,但是其中也有一些小的方面,例如正确使用教材的能力、因材施教的能力,提问技巧没有很大提升。其次,老师们对于混合式教学也有一些疑惑,包括学生自主学...
