智慧教育背景下大学英语教师信念及其教学行为的关系研究

　　教育部于2018年4月出台的《教育信息化2.0行动计划》中提出了“智慧教育”的概念,标志着智慧教育时代的到来。全国各地高校的大学英语教学改革也在智慧教育大背景的引领下如火如荼地进行。与此同时,智慧教育背景下对教师应具备的能力与素质有了新的要求,也对教师的专业发展提出了更高的挑战。教师信念是教师能力与素质的首位,它决定着教师的有效教学以及自身的专业发展。显然,要实现传统教师向智慧教师的转变,教师信念亟需重新分析,教师信念与教学行为的关系也需再次探讨。本研究选取山东省七所高校中185位运用智慧教育线上线下信息化教学平台从事大学英语教学的教师为研究对象,以调查问卷与半结构化访谈的方式了解智慧教育背景下大学英语教师信念及其教学行为,运用SPSS 24.0对调查结果进行统计,探讨两者之间的关系。本研究拟回答以下三个问题:（1）智慧教育背景下,大学英语教师信念表现如何?（2）智慧教育背景下,大学英语教师教学行为表现如何?（3）智慧教育背景下,大学英语教师信念及其教学行为有何关系?主要研究发现如下:（1）智慧教育背景下大学英语教师具有积极且正向的教师信念。在英语语言观、英语学习观、课程设置观、教师角...
