【摘要】：教师群体的社会责任是建立在教师职能基础上的社会价值体现,教育活动的使命决定了教师群体具有应然的公共精神,即教师作为知识分子所具备的独立人格和批判精神。在技术理性的宰制下,教师作为传统知识分子的角色逐渐被职业分工所消解。在公共意识与专业意识之间保持必要的张力,教师才能在经济时代的价值冲突中,秉持传承人文精神的信念,守护学校这一人文教化的净土。
[Abstract]:The social responsibility of the teacher group is the social value reflected on the basis of the teacher ' s function . The mission of the educational activity determines that the teacher group has the corresponding public spirit , that is , the teacher is the independent personality and critical spirit possessed by the intellectual . Under the control of technological rationality , the teacher is gradually digested by the professional division of labor as the role of the traditional intellectuals .
