大学文化品牌的培育研究

【摘要】:文化是增强大学竞争力的重要因素,是促进大学可持续发展的内生动力。随着高等教育市场化趋势的出现和大学之间竞争的日趋激烈,大学要想在竞争中脱颖而出,就需要重视文化建设,它正日益成为反映大学综合实力的重要指标,对一所大学的科学发展有着至关重要的作用。大学文化品牌是大学文化的重要内容,加强大学文化建设,培育各具特色的大学文化品牌是提升大学形象的关键。培育大学文化品牌,提升大学办学水平,实现科学发展的大学建设之路,已成为中国高等教育理论工作者面临的一项重大课题。 大学文化品牌培育得到了教育行政部门、大学领导者和研究者们的高度重视,许多学校已经制定大学文化品牌规划纲要,通过有意识的品牌经营,建设有特色、有底蕴和有积累的大学文化,是时代发展的需要,也是全体师生员工共同的心理期待,更是实现高水平研究型大学文化育人功能的内在需要。如何培育出独具特色的大学文化品牌,是摆在大学面前一个不可回避的问题。 本文认为大学文化是大学内在的一种本质特征,大学文化及大学文化品牌的培育,对于大学的发展及大学形象的提升,具有至关重要的意义和作用。本研究运用文献法、比较法进行研究。本文阐述选题缘由及意义,通过详细的文献整理和分析,综述相关主题的研究现状,确定本文的切入点、研究内容与研究方法。大学形象是大学文化的外在表现,提升大学形象需要加强大学文化建设,重视大学文化品牌的培育。本文论述大学文化品牌的内涵与培育大学文化品牌的价值。通过对大学文化品牌的培育现状、问题及成因的分析,提出了相关对策,期望对大学文化品牌的培育及大学形象的提升能够有所助益。
[Abstract]:Culture is an important factor to enhance the competitiveness of universities and an endogenous driving force to promote the sustainable development of universities. With the emergence of the market-oriented trend of higher education and the increasingly fierce competition between universities. If universities want to stand out in the competition, they need to attach importance to cultural construction, and it is increasingly becoming an important indicator to reflect the comprehensive strength of universities. It plays an important role in the scientific development of a university. The brand of university culture is an important content of university culture, strengthening the construction of university culture. Cultivating the university culture brand with its own characteristics is the key to promote the image of the university. The way of university construction is to cultivate the university culture brand, promote the level of running a university and realize the scientific development of the university. It has become an important subject for Chinese higher education theorists to face. The cultivation of university cultural brand has been highly valued by the educational administration department, university leaders and researchers. Many schools have formulated the university cultural brand planning program, through conscious brand management. The construction has the characteristic, has the inside information and has the accumulation university culture, is the time development need, also is all teachers and students staff common psychological expectation. How to cultivate a unique brand of university culture is an unavoidable problem in front of the university. This paper holds that the university culture is an intrinsic characteristic of the university. The cultivation of the university culture and the brand of the university culture will promote the development of the university and the image of the university. This study uses the literature method, comparative method to study. This paper describes the reason and significance of the topic, through detailed literature collation and analysis, summarizes the research status of related topics. University image is the external expression of university culture. To promote the image of university we need to strengthen the construction of university culture. This paper discusses the connotation of university cultural brand and the value of cultivating university cultural brand. Through the analysis of the status quo, problems and causes of the cultivation of university cultural brand, this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures. It is expected to be helpful to the cultivation of university culture brand and the promotion of university image.
