【摘要】:当今社会对高素质、新型人才的需求给教育系统提出了新的要求和挑战。高师院校现有的教学技能培训方式日渐不能满足基础教育新课程改革、教师教育新课程、顶岗实习支教和学科教学论课程的需求。如何充实现有高师职前教师教学技能训练模式,探究新的训练模式是高等教育工作者热切关注的科学研究热点。首先,本文对教学技能、课例研究及二者相关理论进行了概述。从不同角度阐述了教学技能和课例研究的概念,凝练出二者的特点,总结了教学技能的类型,厘清了教学技能的训练对象,并分析了教学技能的重要性。然后,本文采用问卷调查法对高师职前教师教学技能训练现状进行了抽样调查,分别从教学技能训练形式、课程设置、训练时间、内容需求等级以及技能训练的“整分”方式五个方面进行结果分析,得出“课程内容设置基本完备,教学理论和实践结合;训练时间较为合理,力度有待加强;训练形式相对单一,训练平台有待增设;训练内容需求多元,新型模式亟待开发;训练多以分散的专项训练为主,应加强综合的整体训练”调查结论,进而提出“课例研究”训练模式的高师职前教师教学技能训练新思路。随后,利用提出问题并回答的形式阐释了“课例研究”的具体内容。并描述了引入“课例研究”作为职前教师教学技能训练的新模式,呈现该模式的设计历程、操作流程和具体内容。接着,本文以河北师范大学生命科学学院2012级职前教师为研究对象,详细记录了“课例研究”训练模式的实践历程,介绍了“课例研究”训练模式前期组建环节中参与人员的确定、学生参与动员、训练共同体的组建、训练内容的确定、课例研究的践行过程、与一线教师面对面、撰写课例研究报告以及课例展示大赛的举行。最后,本文从实践的过程性成果呈现和采用问卷形式对实施效果进行统计分析,其中,从文字材料类、论文发表类以及视频影像类描述了课例研究实践的过程性成果。从训练占用的课余时间、综合技能的训练程度、整体课堂的把握度、对顶岗实习的影响以及改进建议五个方面对“课例研究”模式的实施效果进行了调查分析。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the demand for high quality and new talents brings new requirements and challenges to the education system. The existing teaching skills training methods in normal colleges and universities are increasingly unable to meet the needs of the new curriculum reform of basic education. The new curriculum of teacher education, the demand of teaching and discipline teaching theory courses. How to enrich the existing teaching skills training mode of pre-service teachers in teachers colleges. Exploring the new training model is a hot spot of scientific research that the higher education workers pay close attention to. First of all, this paper focuses on teaching skills. From different angles, this paper expounds the concepts of teaching skills and case studies, condenses out the characteristics of the two, and summarizes the types of teaching skills. This paper clarifies the training object of teaching skills, and analyzes the importance of teaching skills. Then, this paper makes a sample survey on the current situation of pre-service teachers' teaching skills training by questionnaire. From the teaching skills training form, curriculum setup, training time, content demand level and skills training "integral" method of five aspects of the analysis, it is concluded that "curriculum content is basically complete." The combination of teaching theory and practice; The training time is reasonable and the intensity needs to be strengthened. The training form is relatively single, and the training platform needs to be added. The training content needs multiple, the new model needs to be developed urgently; Most of the training is focused on scattered special training, so we should strengthen the comprehensive overall training "investigation conclusion, and then put forward the" lesson case study "training mode of pre-service teachers teaching skills training new ideas." Using the form of asking questions and answering, this paper explains the concrete contents of "lesson case study", and describes the introduction of "lesson case study" as a new model of pre-service teachers' teaching skills training, and presents the design process of the model. Then, this paper takes the 2012 pre-service teachers of Hebei normal University as the research object, and records the practice course of "lesson case study" training model in detail. This paper introduces the determination of the participants, the mobilization of the students, the formation of the training community, the determination of the training content and the practice process of the case study in the early stage of the training mode of "lesson case study". Face to face with front-line teachers, writing lesson case study report and demonstration contest. Finally, this paper from the practice of the process of results presentation and the use of questionnaires to implement the results of statistical analysis. From the text material class, the paper publication class and the video image class described the class example research practice process achievement. From the training occupation spare time, the synthesis skill training degree, the overall classroom grasp degree. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the effect of the "lesson case study" model in five aspects: the influence of post practice and the suggestions for improvement.
