民办高校学生思想政治教育存在问题及对策研究

【摘要】：民办高等教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，其建立在基础教育之上，以民间力量实施为特点，以培养专门人才为主要任务。现阶段民办高校已成为我国高等教育事业的生力军，作为社会主义制度下的高等院校，无论所有制性质如何，都同样肩负着培育人才的历史使命。民办高校的思想政治工作，首先要根据自身的特点有针对性地开展，只有这样，，才能让思想政治工作有起色，才能真正使办学质量稳步提高、上个台阶，进而创造属于这个时代的民办高校品牌，从而更好地为国育才。新形势下，随着民办高校的迅速壮大和发展，暴露出了生源质量明显下降、思想政治工作滞后、思想政治工作者素质偏低等问题，民办高校面临严峻的挑战。本文在充分认识民办高校的含义及民办高校思想政治教育工作重要性的同时，分析了民办高校思想政治教育的现状及成因，并着重阐述了应对民办高校思想政治教育存在的问题所采取的对策。
[Abstract]:Private higher education is an important part of higher education in China. It is based on basic education and is characterized by the implementation of folk forces. At the present stage, private colleges and universities have become the fresh force of higher education in our country, as institutions of higher learning under the socialist system, regardless of the nature of ownership. The ideological and political work of private colleges and universities should be carried out in accordance with their own characteristics, only in this way, can ideological and political work improve. Only then can the quality of running schools be improved steadily, and then the brand of private colleges and universities belonging to this era be created, so as to cultivate talents better for the country. Under the new situation, with the rapid growth and development of private colleges and universities, the quality of students obviously declined, ideological and political work lagged behind, the quality of ideological and political workers was low. Private colleges and universities are faced with severe challenges. While fully understanding the meaning of private universities and the importance of ideological and political education in private colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of ideological and political education in private colleges and universities. The countermeasures to deal with the problems in ideological and political education in private colleges and universities are expounded.
