大学生积极心理品质的研究及培养

【摘要】:塞格利曼等学者所倡导的积极心理学是一种关心人自身所具有的优秀品质和美好心灵的心理学。积极心理学这一理念为高校的心理健康教育提供了全新的视角,将关注点从传统的“问题模式”逐渐转向对学生积极力量和潜能的挖掘,而对大学生积极心理品质的培养正是积极心理健康教育的核心内容。大学阶段正是一个人从青春期向成年期转变的重要时期,,是个体发展个性、稳定性格的关键时期,因此对大学生积极心理品质的研究有着深远的意义,加强对学生积极心理品质的培养,不仅能够增强对大学生心理问题的积极预防,而且真诚、热情、自信、乐观等积极的心理品质还能够使学生在学习生活中保持良好的心态,也能够帮助学生能更好的应对激烈的社会竞争压力。 本文采用文献研究、问卷调查的研究方法,首先对调查问卷中所反映出的大学生心理品质发展的现状进行研究,对比分析了性别差异、专业差异以及独生子女情况对大学生各项积极心理品质的影响,结果显示:大学生积极心理品质总体发展较好,但一些具体品质下学生的性别、专业、独生子女情况等因素的影响非常显著,包括认知品质中创造力出现明显专业差异,独生子女的情感品质发展优于非独生子女,男生的勇敢坚持与领导力品质优于女生以及大学生整体审慎与自制品质有待提高。 然后,作者针对问卷中显示的问题进行原因分析,从学校教育、家庭教育、社会支持以及学生自身的主观因素等方面具体分析了各项显著差异产生的原因。 最后,作者根据当代大学生积极心理品质发展问题的原因,从个人自身因素、社会家庭的支持、学校的疏导作用三大方面提出相应的应对对策和建议。提出要构建一个以学生为主体,学校为主导,师生家长全员参与,学校、家庭和社会齐抓共管,全面提高学生心理素质、充分开发潜能的支持体系。
[Abstract]:The positive psychology advocated by Seagliman and other scholars is a kind of psychology which cares about the excellent quality and the beautiful mind of the person itself. The concept of positive psychology provides a new angle of view for the psychological health education in colleges and universities. The focus of attention from the traditional "problem mode" gradually shifted to the exploration of students' positive power and potential. The cultivation of positive psychological quality of college students is the core content of positive mental health education. The university stage is an important period of a person's transition from adolescence to adulthood, is the individual development of personality. Therefore, the study on the positive psychological quality of college students is of far-reaching significance. To strengthen the cultivation of students' positive psychological quality can not only enhance the positive prevention of psychological problems of college students. Moreover, positive psychological qualities such as sincerity, enthusiasm, self-confidence and optimism can help students to maintain a good attitude in their study and life, and also to help students cope with the fierce social competition pressure. This article uses the literature research, the questionnaire research method, first of all, carries on the research to the university student psychological quality development present situation which reflected in the questionnaire, has compared and analyzed the gender difference. The result shows that the positive psychological quality of college students generally develops well, but under some specific qualities, the students' gender and specialty. Factors such as the situation of the only child are very significant, including significant differences in creativity in cognitive quality, the development of emotional quality of the only child is better than that of the non-only child. The bravery persistence and leadership quality of boys are superior to those of girls, and the overall prudence and self-control qualities of college students need to be improved. Then, the author analyzes the causes of the problems in the questionnaire, and analyzes the causes of the significant differences from the aspects of school education, family education, social support and subjective factors of students themselves. Finally, the author according to the causes of the development of contemporary college students' positive psychological quality, from the personal factors, social and family support. The author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in three aspects of the guidance of the school, and puts forward the construction of a student-oriented, school-based, teacher-student and parent-full participation, school, family and society together. Comprehensive improvement of students' psychological quality, the full development of potential support system.
