当代高校辅导员与学生关系构建研究

【摘要】:高校是培养大学生成长、成才的重要场所,是开展大学生思想政治教育的主阵地,辅导员是对大学生教育管理的主要力量之一。教育部《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》指出:“辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,具有教师和干部的双重身份。辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。”[1]辅导员与学生关系是高等教育活动中一种特殊的师生关系。随着知识经济时代的到来和市场经济的不断发展,高校扩招和多校区建设的格局日益突出,当代高校辅导员与学生关系出现了新变化、新特点。因此,在这一历史条件下,当代高校辅导员与学生关系状况如何,,如何审视新情境下的辅导员与学生关系并对其进行理性思考,是值得深入探讨的课题。 本文主要通过抽样问卷调查法、文献法、经验法和理论联系实际法展开分析研究。通过文献法大量收集国内外在本研究领域的成果,并对收集的资料进行研究、对比、筛选,从而归纳总结出目前研究状况的发展趋势,为论文的进一步研究奠定理论基础。通过抽样问卷调查法对陕西省七所高校的100名辅导员和500名学生进行问卷调查、统计和分析,在借鉴相关学者已有研究成果的基础上,笔者认为当代高校辅导员与学生关系主要存在权威型师生关系、情感淡漠型师生关系、功利型师生关系和冲突型师生关系等问题。针对问题进行原因分析,在分析当代高校辅导员与学生关系存在的问题和原因的基础上提出了构建当代高校辅导员与学生新型师生关系的对策:(1)主体间互动型师生关系;(2)情理交融型师生关系;(3)亦师亦友型师生关系;(4)服务型师生关系。在提出构建当代高校辅导员与学生新型师生关系的基础上,进一步探讨了其对大学生思想政治教育的影响。同时,为了使当代高校辅导员与学生关系的教育对策能够得到有效实施,还提出了一系列保障措施,确保其顺利的实施。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are an important place to cultivate college students to grow up and become talents, and are the main position of carrying out ideological and political education for college students. Counselors are one of the main forces in the management of college students. The regulations of the Ministry of Education on the Construction of counselors in Colleges and Universities point out: "counselors are an important part of teachers and management teams in colleges and universities." Counselors are the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students, and the organizers, implementers and guides of the daily ideological and political education and management of college students. " [1. The relationship between counselors and students is a special teacher-student relationship in higher education activities. With the arrival of knowledge economy era and the continuous development of market economy, the pattern of enrollment expansion and multi-campus construction in colleges and universities is increasingly prominent. There have been new changes and new characteristics in the relationship between college counselors and students. Therefore, under this historical condition, what is the status of the relationship between college counselors and students? How to examine the relationship between counselors and students in the new situation and how to think about it rationally is a subject worthy of further discussion. This paper mainly through sampling questionnaire survey method, literature method, empirical method and theory combined with practice method to carry out analysis and research. Through the literature method to collect a large number of domestic and foreign research results in this field. And to collect the data to carry on the research, the contrast, the screening, thus summarizes the present research situation the development tendency. Through sampling questionnaire survey, 100 counselors and 500 students in seven universities in Shaanxi Province were investigated, analyzed and analyzed. On the basis of relevant scholars' existing research results, the author believes that the relationship between college counselors and students is mainly authoritative teacher-student relationship, emotional indifference relationship between teachers and students. Utilitarian teacher-student relationship and conflict teacher-student relationship. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems and reasons of the relationship between college counselors and students, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of constructing the new teacher-student relationship between college counselors and students: (1) the interactive teacher-student relationship between the subjects; (2) the relationship between teachers and students; (3) teacher-student relationship with teachers and friends; 4) service-oriented teacher-student relationship. On the basis of constructing the new teacher-student relationship between college counselors and students, this paper further discusses its influence on the ideological and political education of college students. In order to make the educational countermeasures of the relationship between college counselors and students be implemented effectively, a series of safeguard measures are put forward to ensure its smooth implementation.
