高校大学生党性问题研究

【摘要】：大学生党性问题是重要的研究课题,是党性研究的重要组成部分,同时也是高校思想政治教育研究的重要组成部分。大学生党性问题研究可以促进党的理论发展,尤其是基层党组织建设的理论与方法,也有助于探索高校思想政治教育的一般规律,提升高校思想政治教育的理论和方法。大学生党性问题研究也是基于现实的需求。在现实中,大学生党性确实存在着问题,影响着党和国家的前途、命运。随着新一代的不断成长,随着世界格局的不断变化,随着信息时代的不断冲击,大学生党性出现了新的问题、新的需求,需要新的、发展性的对策。大学生党性问题研究是以大学生党员为主体和对象,主要以大学生党性的含义和特征、现状与问题、存在问题归因分析和增强大学生党性的有效对策为研究内容。本文在细致梳理以往研究的基础上,进行了更加深入和全面的探索。本文首先把研究涉及的相关概念进行了深化界定,尤其是深入解析了大学生党性的含义和特征；其次,对大学身党性的现状和问题进行了全面分析,特别是根据对调查数据的整理和分析,比较客观地指出了现实中亟需解决的问题；再次,针对大学生党性存在的问题,从个人、学校、社会和党自身四个层面进行了客观地归因研究；最后,本文着重探究了增强大学生党性的有效对策,从净化入党动机、重视党性教育、丰富教育内容、创新教育模式、优化社会环境、提高党的自身建设和完善教育制度这七个方面展开了系统性研究,提出了贴近实际的长效机制。大学生党性问题研究的最终目标是提出解决的方法和措施,根本目的在于解决问题,探索增强大学生党性的长效机制,不断提高大学生党员自身党性修养,从而保证党的先进性,提高党的执政能力。本文在以往研究成果的基础上试图有所创新。一是对以往研究中基本没有涉及的环节,如大学生党性评估研究等,本文着力于理论的突破和创新,实现了研究内容和方向上的开拓；二是对比较薄弱的环节,如大学生党性内涵和特征、存在问题归因分析和大学生党性教育的原则等,本文着重进行了深入的分析探索,取得了新的研究成果；三是对其它研究比较完善的方面,本文则重点进行了全面性的梳理,以增强其参考性。
[Abstract]:Party spirit of college students is an important research topic and an important part of party spirit research. At the same time, it is also an important part of the study of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The study of the party character of college students can promote the theoretical development of the party, especially the theory and method of the party organization construction at the grass-roots level. It also helps to explore the general law of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to promote the theory and method of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The research on the party spirit of college students is also based on the needs of reality. In reality, the party spirit of college students does exist problems, which affect the future and destiny of the party and the country. With the continuous growth of the new generation. The research on the party spirit of college students is based on the main body and object of the party members of college students, mainly on the meaning and characteristics of the party spirit of college students, the present situation and the problems. The existing problem attribution analysis and the effective countermeasures to enhance the party spirit of college students are the contents of the research. Firstly, this paper defines the relevant concepts involved in the research, especially deeply analyzes the meaning and characteristics of the party spirit of college students; Secondly, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and problems of the party spirit in universities, especially on the basis of the collation and analysis of the survey data, and points out objectively the problems that need to be solved in reality. Thirdly, aiming at the problems existing in the Party spirit of college students, this paper makes an objective attribution study from four aspects: individual, school, society and the Party itself. Finally, this paper focuses on exploring the effective countermeasures to enhance the party spirit of college students, from purifying the motivation of joining the party, paying attention to the party spirit education, enriching the education content, innovating the education mode and optimizing the social environment. The seven aspects of improving the Party's own construction and perfecting the educational system are systematically studied, and a long-term mechanism close to reality is put forward. The ultimate goal of the research on the party spirit of college students is to put forward the methods and measures to solve the problems, to explore the long-term mechanism to enhance the party spirit of college students, and to continuously improve the self-cultivation of the party spirit of the party members of college students. In order to ensure the advanced nature of the party, improve the ruling ability of the party. This paper tries to innovate on the basis of the previous research results. First, there are some links that have not been involved in the previous research, such as the evaluation of the party spirit of college students and so on. This paper focuses on the breakthrough and innovation of the theory, and realizes the exploration of the research content and direction. The second is the relatively weak links, such as the connotation and characteristics of college students' party spirit, the analysis of the attribution of existing problems and the principles of the party spirit education of college students, etc., this article has carried on the thorough analysis and exploration emphatically, has obtained the new research result; The third is to improve the other aspects of research, this paper focuses on a comprehensive combing to enhance its reference.
