DB教育管理集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着经济一体化的发展和改革开放的进一步推进,中国学生留学海外的人数越来越多,学生留学年龄层次也越来越年轻,本科阶段出国留学选择的途径也从以普通高中课程+标准化考试培训+留学中介的方式转向了与海外教育更加接轨的国际高中课程。DB教育管理集团是一家主要运营国际高中课程的教育机构,自2002年起正式启动,经过近10年的研究、探索与积累,DB在国际高中课程的引进、研发、实施与管理方面积累了丰富的经验,,形成了成熟的研发与管理机制,成为全国首屈一指的教育管理机构。随着中国学生对出国留学的需求越来越大,各种培训机构也相继开设了相关的培训课程,更多的教育机构也相继引入国际高中课程,更多的国际学校、留学中介和新兴的运营国际高中课程的机构的冲击下,集团的发展也面临着非常激烈的竞争。本文针对DB教育管理集团的实际,进行了发展战略的研究,希望制定出符合集团特色的发展战略,为集团的长久健康发展提供行之有效的解决思路和方法。 首先,本文在绪论部分从论文的概况,包括论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究方法及主要内容进行了详细的介绍;接着对国际高中课程概况、相关理论、国内外战略管理理论和相关文献进行综述;然后从宏观经济环境,国内外政策以及目前国际课程运营环境,行业地位,市场占有率等方面进行外部环境分析;从集团资质,实力,组织架构,人力资源,管理能力,品牌分析等进行内部环境分析;进而利用SWOT分析法从内部优势、内部劣势、外部机遇和外部威胁四个方面对集团进行全面分析,拟定DB公司的发展战略;然后从人力资源、组织架构、企业文化、市场开发等角度提出战略实施建议;最后总结研究成果以及研究中存在的一些不足,并列举本论文尚待研究的问题。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic integration and the further promotion of reform and opening up, more and more Chinese students are studying overseas, and the age of students studying abroad is also getting younger and younger. The way to study abroad in undergraduate stage is also from the standardized examination training of ordinary senior high school curriculum. The way of studying abroad intermediary changed to international high school curriculum. DB educational management group, which is more in line with overseas education, is an educational institution which mainly operates international high school curriculum. Since 2002, after nearly 10 years of research, exploration and accumulation of the introduction of international senior high school curriculum, research and development, implementation and management has accumulated rich experience. Formed a mature research and development and management mechanism, become the country's leading educational management institutions. With the growing demand of Chinese students to study abroad, a variety of training institutions have also opened related training courses. More educational institutions have also introduced international high school curriculum, more international schools, study abroad agents and emerging institutions operating international high school curriculum under the impact of. The development of the Group is also facing very fierce competition. This paper aims at the actual situation of DB Educational Management Group, carries on the research of the development strategy, hoping to formulate the development strategy which accords with the characteristics of the Group. For the long-term and healthy development of the group to provide effective solutions and methods. First of all, the introduction of this paper from the overview of the paper, including the research background, research significance, research methods and the main content of a detailed introduction; Secondly, the general situation of international senior high school curriculum, relevant theories, domestic and foreign strategic management theory and related literature are summarized. Then from the macroeconomic environment, domestic and foreign policies and the current international curriculum operating environment, industry status, market share and other aspects of the external environment analysis; Internal environment analysis from group qualification, strength, organizational structure, human resources, management ability, brand analysis, etc. Then, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the group from four aspects of internal advantage, internal disadvantage, external opportunity and external threat by using SWOT analysis, and draws up the development strategy of DB company. Then from the human resources, organizational structure, corporate culture, market development and other aspects of strategic implementation recommendations; Finally, the research results and some shortcomings in the research are summarized, and the problems that need to be studied in this paper are listed.
