“本科生学习与发展调查”的理论基

【摘要】：华中科技大学院校发展研究中心基于阿斯汀的"I-E-O模型"及汀托"学生成功的院校行动模型",主持开发了"本科生学习与发展调查"。该调查以阿斯汀的"I-E-O模型"为主体框架,将该模型中的"环境"指标细化为汀托"学生成功的院校行动模型"的四个要素——学业期望值、学校支持度、考核与反馈、学生投入度。通过内部一致性信度系数、探索性因子分析及相关分析,对问卷的信度、结构效度及效标关联效度进行了初步检验。检验表明,"本科生学习与发展调查"问卷具有良好的信效度,是我国院校研究国际化和本土化实践的积极探索。
[Abstract]:The Center for College Development of Huazhong University of Science and Technology is based on Astin's I-E-O Model and Tinto's Model of successful College Action. Moderated the development of the undergraduate Learning and Development Survey, which is based on the "I-E-O Model" of Astin. The "environment" index in this model is refined into four elements of "the successful College Action Model of students"-academic expectation, school support, assessment and feedback. Through internal consistency reliability coefficient exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis the reliability structure validity and correlation validity of the questionnaire were preliminarily tested. The questionnaire of undergraduate Learning and Development has good reliability and validity, which is an active exploration of internationalization and localization of research in colleges and universities in China.
