高校青年外语教师自主专业发展结构与路径研究

【摘要】：高校青年外语教师是高校外语教师队伍的主体,其处于专业形成与发展的关键时期,具有极大的可塑性。本文结合教师自主专业发展的内涵,对高校青年外语教师自主专业发展结构进行剖析,并依据所建立的结构,提出相应发展的路径,最终服务于高校外语师资队伍建设。
[Abstract]:Young foreign language teachers in colleges and universities are the main body of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities . It is in the key period of professional development and development , and has great plasticity . This paper analyzes the structure of autonomous professional development of young foreign language teachers in colleges and universities according to the connotation of teacher ' s independent professional development , and puts forward the path of corresponding development according to the established structure , finally serving the construction of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities .
