广西新建本科院校核心竞争力提升研究

【摘要】:为适应高等教育的国际化、大众化和市场化,到目前为止,广西已先后成立了8所新建本科院校,占据广西普通本科院校总数的31%。广西新建本科院校的发展不仅对广西高等教育整体实力的提高有着巨大的影响,还极大地促进了地方经济社会的发展,并为其培养了大批人才。由于我国高等学校面临办学资源短缺、生态位高度重叠和生存压力加大的复杂局面,作为刚升格不久的新建本科院校,需要不断充实其理论基础,立足现有的资源和能力,优化发展环境,科学准确定位,谋求适合自身的生存和发展之道。广西新建本科院校核心竞争力研究因此应运而生。 全文分为六个部分。第一章为绪论,简单介绍论文的选题背景、研究意义与目的、研究思路和方法;第二章为核心概念界定和理论基础,对本文中几个核心概念进行界定,并阐释了本文所借鉴和依托的相关基本理论;第三章基于网大大学排行榜分析广西新建本科院校竞争力的现状,通过纵向与横向东中西部新建本科院校的对比,可以看出广西新建本科院校整体竞争力弱且提升速度较慢。第四章阐述了现阶段广西新建本科院校竞争力提升中主要面临教育资源总量严重不足、缺乏优质的战略性资源、办学定位不清、生态位高度重叠、社会影响力小等问题,并分析了产生这些问题的原因;第五章阐述了核心竞争力的构成要素以及构建新建本科院校核心竞争力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)拟出了基本问卷,建立科学合理简洁的评价指标体系,对新建本科院校核心竞争力进行客观、科学、综合的评价;第六章在前面五章内容的基础上,分别从科学定位、整合资源、优化环境、争取外部支持四大方面提出实现新建本科院校核心竞争力提升的建议。 总之,本研究将资源基础理论和高校生态位理论引入广西新建本科院校核心竞争力研究,为广西各新建本科院校的发展提供了一个新的思路,对提高新建本科院校的办学实力有着深远的影响。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the internationalization, popularization and marketization of higher education, up to now, Guangxi has established eight newly established undergraduate colleges and universities. The development of new undergraduate colleges in Guangxi not only has a great impact on the improvement of the overall strength of Guangxi's higher education, but also greatly promotes the development of local economy and society. Because our colleges and universities are faced with the complex situation of shortage of resources, high overlap of niche and increasing pressure of survival, as a newly established undergraduate college, it is necessary to enrich its theoretical foundation. Based on the existing resources and capabilities, optimizing the development environment, scientific and accurate positioning, seeking for their own survival and development, Guangxi newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities core competitiveness research emerged as the times require. This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which briefly introduces the background, significance and purpose of the thesis, the research ideas and methods; the second chapter is the definition of the core concepts and theoretical basis, the definition of several core concepts in this paper. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the competitiveness of newly established universities in Guangxi based on the ranking of the universities, and compares them vertically with those in the eastern, western and western regions. It can be seen that the overall competitiveness of newly established undergraduate colleges in Guangxi is weak and the speed of upgrading is slow. Chapter 4th expounds that at this stage, Guangxi newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities are facing serious shortage of total educational resources and lack of high-quality strategic resources. Some problems, such as unclear orientation of school, high overlap of niche and small social influence, are analyzed, and the reasons for these problems are analyzed. Chapter 5th expounds the constituent elements of core competence and the construction of evaluation index system of core competence in newly-built undergraduate colleges. Using AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) to draw out the basic questionnaire, to establish a scientific, reasonable and concise evaluation index system, to evaluate the core competitiveness of new undergraduate colleges objectively, scientifically and synthetically. Chapter 6th is based on the contents of the previous five chapters. From four aspects of scientific orientation, integrating resources, optimizing environment and striving for external support, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the core competitiveness of newly established colleges and universities. In a word, this study introduces the resource-based theory and the niche theory into the study of core competitiveness of the newly-established undergraduate colleges in Guangxi, which provides a new way of thinking for the development of the newly-established universities in Guangxi. To improve the strength of new undergraduate colleges and universities have a profound impact.
