高校安防校园通系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:高校招生经过多年扩招之后,各高等院校在校学生人数不断增加,校区规模也日益扩大,在这种新的背景形势下,如何开展好校区的管理工作是学校管理者共同面对的问题。高校安全保卫工作是学校日常管理工作的重要内容,安保工作的成效直接关系到学生的人身安全,关系到高校日常教学工作能否正常开展。本文以北海职业学院为研究对象,探讨如何利用信息技术手段服务于安保工作,实现安保从“人防”到“技防”的转变,并最终达到营造安全和谐校园环境的目的。 论文重点介绍了高校安防校园通系统的设计和实现,提出了基于Visual Studio平台和SQL Sever数据库,开发多层体系结构系统的开发方案。按该方案开发的系统共包括电源控制、移动巡查和安防预警等三大功能模块。电源控制模块给出了一个电源远程控制的机制,使用户通过传统的电脑终端或移动终端,实现对电源的远程控制,通过远程监控和控制,节省了人力成本,并提高了电源管理工作的效率;移动巡查模块面向校园安保人员提供了巡查问题上报和处理的功能应用,安保人员通过移动客户端输入发现的问题信息,系统将自动上报至安保中心,然后由安保值班员判断问题的性质,并反馈问题的处理办法,通过该功能的应用,使校园巡查时发现的问题能得到及时的上报和处理,有效规避了潜在不安全因素的发生;安防预警模块通过前端数据采集装置,及时向安保中心发出问题预警,实现对安全隐患的及时排除和响应;论文按软件开发生命周期,给出了各个阶段的工作内容。首先,本文介绍了课题研究背景和研究现状,并对信息采集、传输和Web开发技术进行了综述;然后基于功能需求和性能需求分析,探讨了系统的总体架构思想,并给出了网络逻辑结构、数据库设计方案;最后重点介绍了电源控制、移动巡查、安防预警等三个功能模块的详细设计和实现过程,,并对测试方法进行了介绍。 目前,该高校安防校园通系统已在北海职业学院正式运行,从应用效果来看,系统的使用对于提高校园安保工作效率、提升广大师生的对安保工作的满意度有着显著效果。
[Abstract]:After many years of enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, the number of students in various institutions of higher learning has been increasing and the scale of the campus has been expanding. Under this new situation, How to carry out the management work of the campus is a common problem faced by the school administrators. The safety and security work in colleges and universities is an important part of the daily management work of the school, and the effectiveness of the security work is directly related to the personal safety of the students. This paper, taking Beihai Vocational College as the research object, discusses how to use information technology to serve the security work and realize the change of security from "civil air defense" to "technical defense". And finally achieve the goal of creating a safe and harmonious campus environment. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the campus communication system for security protection in colleges and universities. Based on the Visual Studio platform and the SQL Sever database, the development scheme of the multi-layer architecture system is put forward. The system developed according to this scheme includes the power supply control. The power control module provides a mechanism for remote control of power supply, which enables users to realize remote control of power supply through traditional computer terminals or mobile terminals, and through remote monitoring and control. It saves the labor cost and improves the efficiency of the power management. The mobile inspection module provides the function application of reporting and handling the inspection problem for campus security personnel, and the security personnel input the problem information found through the mobile client. The system will automatically report to the security center, and then the security guard will judge the nature of the problem and feedback the solution of the problem. Through the application of this function, the problems found during the campus inspection can be reported and dealt with in a timely manner. Effectively avoid the occurrence of potential insecurity; the security early warning module through the front-end data acquisition device, timely issued to the security center early warning, to achieve the timely elimination and response to security risks; according to the software development life cycle, First of all, this paper introduces the research background and research status, and summarizes the information collection, transmission and Web development technology, and then based on the functional requirements and performance requirements analysis, This paper discusses the overall architecture of the system, and gives the network logic structure and database design scheme. Finally, the detailed design and implementation process of three functional modules, power control, mobile inspection and security warning, are introduced in detail. The test method is also introduced. At present, the security campus communication system of the university has been officially operated in Beihai Vocational College. From the application effect, the use of the system has a remarkable effect on improving the efficiency of campus security work and improving the satisfaction of teachers and students on security work.
