大学生职业生涯规划的困境与出路研究

【摘要】：职业生涯规划是大学生自我管理的有效方式,将直接影响到广大学生在校期间的学习生活。也将影响到未来就业和从业的幸福指数,乃至整个人生的职业生涯发展。同时职业生涯规划也是家庭教育和高校思想政治教育的有效载体。对于创新高校思想政治教育方法,破解大学生就业难题,维护国家的稳定繁荣,实现学生全面自由发展,实现伟大的中国梦都具有重要的意义。本文以帕森斯的“职业—人匹配”理论和霍兰德的“人格类型—职业类型匹配”理论为开展研究的理论基础。通过文献资料查阅、访谈、调查问卷等方法结合笔者在大学生职业生涯规划领域长期的学习和工作经历展开研究。论文对大学生职业生涯内涵、影响因素、意义、当前所面临的困境和出路几个方面进行了阐释和论述。虽然现阶段我国在大学生职业生涯规划方面有一系列优秀的论文、书籍相继发表和出版,在形式上国内的职业生涯规划理论和指导机构出现了一定的繁荣。但实际上却陷入了更深的、更为复杂的困境：理论照抄照搬教条化、人员配置和机构设置的表面化、形式化,指导思想和行为的功利化等问题严重困扰着大学生职业生涯规划的发展。因此,对当前我国大学生职业生涯规划所面临的困境进行科学深入的研究,并探索出可行之路就显得尤为必要。笔者在前人理论和实践的基础上,结合多年的实践提出我国大学生职业生涯规划目前主要面临着认识、基础、教育三方面的困境。并针对的提出转变观念,科学发展、夯实基础,加大投入和深化改革,多方互动的策略。
[Abstract]:Career planning is an effective way for college students to manage themselves. It will directly affect the study and life of the vast number of students in school. It will also affect the happiness index of employment and employment in the future. At the same time, career planning is also an effective carrier of family education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to maintain the country's stability and prosperity, to realize the all-round and free development of students and to realize the great Chinese Dream. Based on Parsons' theory of "career-person matching" and Holland's theory of "personality type-professional type matching", this paper makes a theoretical basis for the research. Questionnaire and other methods combined with the author's long-term study and work experience in the field of career planning of college students. This paper explains and discusses the connotation, influencing factors, significance, predicament and outlet of college students' career planning, although there are a series of excellent papers on the career planning of college students in China at the present stage. Books have been published and published one after another, in the form of professional career planning theory and guidance institutions have a certain prosperity, but in fact has fallen into a deeper, more complex dilemma: theoretical copying and dogmatism, The problems of staffing and organizational setting, such as surface, formalization, utilitarianism of guiding ideology and behavior, are seriously hindering the development of college students' career planning. It is particularly necessary to make a deep and scientific study on the plight of the career planning of college students in our country and explore the feasible way. On the basis of the previous theories and practice, the author puts forward that the career planning of college students in our country is facing the dilemma of cognition, foundation and education, and puts forward to change the concept and develop scientifically. Tamp the foundation, increase investment and deepen reform, the strategy of multi-party interaction.
