高校学生工作与学校社会工作的关系研究

【摘要】:当前中国正处在社会的转型期,复杂的社会关系和利益关系以及急剧变迁的生活方式都深刻地影响着大学生的思维方式、道德标准和价值取向。受外部负责的社会环境影响,那些被社会学视角所定义的“行为异常学生”、“问题学生”呈逐步增长的态势。对传统的高校学生工作而言,这些新情况已经成了新的课题,同时,也给学校社会工作的发展提供了良好的契机。 开展高校学校社会工作,是新时期高校学生工作的趋势之一,也是高校学生工作的一场全新的改革。开展高校学校社会工作,是将现有的学校社会工作的理论、价值理念、方法运用于高校学生工作,为大学生弱势群体提供各种专项服务,以协助大学生预防问题发生、改善不利处境,更好地完成学业与健康成长,实现高校教育的目的。 开展高校学校社会工作是建立在科学理论和现实社会需要的基础之上的,在理论上,高校学校社会工作有其社会学、教育学和心理学等理论基础;在现实上,它是补救当前高校学生工作的需要,是解决高校贫困生问题,促进高校贫困生健康发展和维护社会稳定的需要。 通过分析和借鉴国外及港台地区开展学校社会工作的经验及相关研究成果,,以内地高校开展学校社会工作的现实需要为背景,从理论上尝试建构高校学校社会工作的运行模式--嵌入模式,并分别从政策层面、资源层面和操作层面对这一模式及其具体实施策略进行了详细的论述。结合本研究结果,主要得出以下结论: 高校学校社会工作的工作原则,是对学校社会工作者的道德约束和指引,在嵌入模式的指导下,高校学校社会工作应遵循敬业原则、接纳原则、自决原则、个别化原则和尊敬人原则等基本工作原则,以保证高校学校社会工作的有效开展。 建立和完善我国高校学校社会工作运行模式,应采取三个方面的对策,即:高校学生工作的缺失与学校社会工作的嵌入发展、学校社会工作者角色定位:是服务提供者非政工干部、学校社会工作模式:从“点式配备”到“全员参与"。 最后,分别从社会工作专业的发展和学校社会工作本土化的发展两个方便论述了开展学校社会工作的实际意义。其中学校社会工作之于社会工作本土化具有理论积淀、人才储备和社会环境认同三个方面的重要意义。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the period of social transformation. The complicated social relations and interests, as well as the rapidly changing way of life, have a profound impact on the way of thinking, moral standards and value orientation of college students, and are influenced by the external responsible social environment. Those "abnormal behavior students" and "problem students" as defined by the sociological perspective have gradually increased. For traditional college student work, these new situations have become a new topic, and at the same time, It also provides a good opportunity for the development of school social work. It is one of the trends of college student work in the new period to carry out social work in colleges and universities, and it is also a new reform of student work in colleges and universities. To carry out social work in colleges and universities is to put the existing theories and values of school social work into practice. Methods to apply it to the work of college students and to provide various special services for the disadvantaged groups of college students in order to help them prevent problems, improve their disadvantage, complete their studies and grow up healthily, and realize the purpose of higher education. The development of social work in colleges and universities is based on the scientific theory and the needs of the real society. In theory, the social work of colleges and universities has its theoretical basis such as sociology, pedagogy and psychology. It is the need to remedy the current work of college students, to solve the problem of poor students in colleges and universities, to promote the healthy development of poor students in colleges and universities and to maintain social stability. Through analyzing and drawing lessons from the experience and related research results of developing school social work in foreign countries and Hong Kong and Taiwan, the background of this paper is the realistic needs of developing school social work in mainland colleges and universities. This paper attempts to construct the embedded mode of social work in colleges and universities theoretically, and discusses this model and its implementation strategies in detail from the aspects of policy, resources and operation. The main conclusions are as follows:. The working principle of social work in colleges and universities is the moral restriction and guidance to the social workers in schools. Under the guidance of the embedded mode, the social work in colleges and universities should follow the principle of respect for work, accept the principle of acceptance, and the principle of self-determination. In order to ensure the effective development of social work in colleges and universities, the principle of individualization and the principle of respecting people are the basic working principles. To establish and perfect the operation mode of social work in colleges and universities in China, three countermeasures should be taken, namely, the lack of student work in colleges and universities and the embedded development of social work in colleges and universities. Role orientation of school social workers: non-political cadres of service providers, mode of school social work: from "point arrangement" to "full participation". Finally, the paper discusses the practical significance of school social work from the development of social work specialty and the development of localization of school social work, in which school social work has theoretical accumulation. The important meaning of talent reserve and social environment identity.
