SNS网站对高校辅导员工作的影响及对策研究

【摘要】：随着网络技术的革新和新媒体技术的飞速发展，SNS网站逐渐进入人们的工作、生活视域，为人们的交往、传递信息提供了一种新兴途径，SNS网站也逐渐成为大学生群体维护社交、获取表达信息的重要手段。许多大学生利用SNS发布心情感受和成长感悟，利用SNS结交朋友、交往朋友，利用SNS获取知识、转载信息。SNS已成为大学生社交生活、休闲生活、成长历程中的一部分。由于大学生对SNS网站的普遍运用，越来越多的辅导员逐步运用SNS进行思想政治教育、心理疏导、成长指引、日常管理工作。 SNS网站不仅帮助辅导员高效、快捷地厘清工作繁绪，多维了解学生动向，提供关心、关怀学生新途径，提升了辅导员的工作能力和实效性；还强调了“灵活、创新”的工作理念，令其常保持在信息浪潮的前沿，结束过去的生活和工作的“二分状态”，重构了辅导员的工作常态；还革新了辅导员的工作模式，使工作语言体系更新换代，更是减弱了辅导员和学生在社会中的角色，从而改变了以往的沟通方式，也给辅导员工作带来了许多新难题和新挑战。本研究以马克思主义关于人与工具、科学技术的相关理论，，虚拟实践的基本理论，以及关于辅导员本质和职业特性的相关理论为理论基础，通过分析辅导员和大学生对SNS网站的使用现状，从工作理念、工作状态、工作模式、工作能力以及工作难题五个方面，对辅导员运用SNS工作的影响进行系统分析，并提出合理化建议及对策，为今后辅导员利用SNS进行工作提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the innovation of network technology and the rapid development of new media technology, SNS website has gradually entered people's work and life horizon, which provides a new way for people to communicate and transmit information. Many college students make use of SNS to publish their feelings of mood and growth, to make friends, to associate with friends, to use SNS to acquire knowledge, and to reprint the information of SNS, which has become the social life and leisure life of college students. Due to the widespread use of SNS website by college students, more and more counselors gradually use SNS to carry out ideological and political education, psychological guidance, growth guidance and daily management work. The SNS website not only helps counselors to clarify their complex tasks efficiently and quickly, but also provides a multi-dimensional understanding of students' trends, provides care and new ways to care for students, and enhances the work ability and effectiveness of counselors, and emphasizes "flexibility," The work concept of "innovation" often keeps it at the forefront of the information wave, ends the "dichotomy" of past life and work, reconstructs the normal work of counsellors, and also innovates the work model of counselors, so that the working language system can be updated. It also weakens the role of counselors and students in the society, thus changing the way of communication in the past, and also brings many new problems and challenges to the work of counselors. This study is based on Marxist theories on people and tools, on science and technology, on virtual practice, and on the nature and professional characteristics of counselors. By analyzing the current situation of the use of SNS website by counselors and college students, this paper systematically analyzes the influence of counselors on the use of SNS from five aspects: working concept, working state, working mode, working ability and working problems. The rational suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for counselors to use SNS in the future.
