城郊结合部初高中学生的教育

【摘要】:城郊结合部是中国城市化进程中产生的一个新事物,而处于城郊结合部的学校及其广大中学生的发展,,应该成为教育界和社会关心的焦点问题之一。由于城郊结合部学校地理位置特殊,生源成份复杂,后进生较多,给大多数城郊结合部学校的教育管理工作带来一定的挑战。再加上初高中学生正处于变化剧烈的青春期,使得城郊结合部初高中学校的教育管理更是难上加难。 以往的研究者对城郊结合部初高中学校学生尤其是后进生的教育策略研究比较少,并且研究者更多关注的是宏观领域的研究,缺乏对具体学校层面的微观领域教育策略的研究;大多单纯研究后进学生的人格特点,而没有提出较好的辅导建议与措施,对于教育实践工作的参考有一定的局限性。 本文从城郊结合部初高中学校的特殊性入手,以城郊结合部初高中学生为主要研究对象,试图为城郊结合部初高中学生的教育实践工作提供一些具体可行的参考。首先,对城郊结合部的初中学生和高中学生分别进行系统全面地分类,在此基础上按照各类各层次学生的特点因人施教。针对城郊结合部初高中学校后进生较多的特点,以分析后进生成因为出发点,分别对学习后进生和品行后进生提出一些具体的转化策略。继而围绕城郊结合部初高中学校的特色办学,分别从特殊教育形式、特色教学模式和特色管理方式三个方面提出一些具体的做法和思路。最后从城郊结合部初高中学校的规章制度的完善、评价机制的改进,以及学校与家庭、社会等各个方面怎样加强合作,最终使一切积极的教育因素形成合力,培养出符合时代要求的合格的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。
[Abstract]:Suburban junction is a new thing in the process of urbanization in China. It should be one of the focuses of attention in education and society. Because of the special geographical location of the schools in the suburbs, the composition of the students is complex, and there are more underachievers. It brings some challenges to the education management of most suburban schools, and the students of junior high school are in the period of adolescence, which makes it even more difficult to manage the education of the middle and high schools in the suburbs. Previous researches on the educational strategies of middle and high school students, especially the underachievers, in the suburbs are relatively few, and the researchers pay more attention to the research in the macro field. Lack of specific school level of micro-field education strategy research; most of the simple study of the personality characteristics of backward students, but not put forward better counseling suggestions and measures, for the reference of educational practice has some limitations. This article starts with the particularity of the middle and high school in the suburb junction, taking the junior high school students in the suburb junction as the main research object, trying to provide some concrete and feasible references for the education practice of the middle and high school students in the suburb junction. First of all, On the basis of the systematic and comprehensive classification of junior middle school students and senior high school students in the suburbs, according to the characteristics of all kinds of students at different levels, the author aims at the characteristics of the lower middle and senior middle school students in the suburbs. Based on the analysis of the causes of the underachievers, this paper puts forward some specific strategies for the transformation of the underachievers and the students of moral character respectively. This paper puts forward some concrete methods and ideas from three aspects of characteristic teaching mode and characteristic management mode. Finally, from the perfection of rules and regulations, the improvement of evaluation mechanism, and the relationship between school and family, the regulations and rules of the middle and high school in the suburb joint department are improved. How to strengthen the cooperation among all aspects of society and finally make all the positive educational factors form a joint force to cultivate qualified socialist cause in accordance with the requirements of the times builders and successors.
