高校毕业生就业与企业人才需求对接机制研究

【摘要】：就业是民生之本,高校毕业生就业是我国就业问题中的核心问题。本文从阐述高校毕业生就业对接企业的现状出发,剖析了劳动力市场需求矛盾的根源,分析了影响高校毕业生就业对接企业的因素,指出应正视高校与企业联合办学中的弊端所在,构建高校毕业生就业与企业人才需求对接机制,以促进社会需求和就业良性互动,提升人才素质,形成产业技术创新联盟,实现高校毕业生就业和企业人才需求良好对接。
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood, and the employment of college graduates is the core problem of employment in our country. This paper analyzes on the factors influencing the employment of college graduates, points out that it is necessary to face squarely the drawbacks in the joint running of schools between universities and enterprises, and to construct the mechanism of matching the employment of college graduates with the demands of talents of enterprises, so as to promote the positive interaction between social demands and employment. To improve the quality of talents, form industrial and technological innovation alliance, to achieve the employment of college graduates and enterprise talent needs a good docking.
