我国高等师范院校教师教育类课程改革研究

【摘要】:国家的未来在人才,人才的培养靠教育,教育的实施则在教师。因此,教师的教育和培养不可忽视。教师教育类课程对中小学教师的培养起着重要的作用,是提高教师教育质量的关键所在。随着基础教育新课程改革以及教师教育改革的不断深化,高等师范院校教师教育类课程改革也得到国家和社会各界的关注。 为深化教师教育改革,培养高素质专业化的中小学师资,高等师范院校教师教育类课程相关问题值得所有从事教师教育研究工作的专家、学者们对其进行认真的思考,很有必要进行研究和探讨。本文结合以往学者们的研究,在选取三所有代表性的师范院校的教师教育类课程进行研究和调查的基础上,分析我国高等师范院校教师教育类课程存在的问题,指出现行高师教师教育类课程存在的课程结构不合理、课程内容陈旧落后、教育实践课程薄弱、课程实施方式单—等突出问题,并对其存在的问题进行了原因分析:高师教师教育类课程设置指导思想存在偏差、课程教学与教育改革缺乏沟通、课程建设方面教育投入不足、课程资源不能满足课程实施要求等。针对存在的诸多问题,笔者进一步探讨我国高师教师教育类课程改革的策略,在提出教师教育类课程改革方向的基础上,从优化课程结构、更新课程内容、强化实践课程、改革课程实施、丰富课程资源等五个方面对高师教师教育类课程改革进行了深入的研究。高师教师教育类课程改革的策略是本文的重点,也是创新点所在。其中关于推行双导师制、开发教师教育类新课程等建议,较以往学者的研究来说,是创新之举,也是本文的特色之处。对我国高师教师教育类课程改革的研究,不仅具有现实意义,同时也具有理论价值。这既是顺应国家教师教育改革、落实教育规划纲要的表现,也有助于教师教育改革理论的发展,有助于高师院校课程理论的深入和完善。 本文围绕高师教师教育类课程改革问题进行探讨,为解决当前高师教师教育类课程存在的问题提供一些改革意见和建议,旨在为高师教师教育类课程能更好地培养适应基础教育课程改革和教师专业化发展需求的合格师资提供参考。
[Abstract]:The future of the country lies in the talents, the cultivation of talents depends on education, and the implementation of education is in the teachers. Therefore, the education and training of teachers should not be ignored. The courses of teacher education play an important role in the training of teachers in primary and secondary schools. It is the key to improve the quality of teacher education. With the reform of the new curriculum of basic education and the deepening of the reform of teacher education, the reform of teacher education in teachers colleges and universities has also been concerned by the state and all walks of life. In order to deepen the reform of teacher education and train teachers of high quality and specialization in primary and secondary schools, the related problems of teacher education courses in normal colleges and universities are worthy of all the experts engaged in the research of teacher education. It is necessary to study and explore. Based on the research of previous scholars, this paper selects three representative teacher education courses to carry out research and investigation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in teacher education courses in teachers' colleges and universities in China, and points out that the existing curriculum structure of teacher education courses in normal universities is unreasonable, the curriculum contents are outdated and backward, and the educational practice courses are weak. The main reasons are as follows: there is a deviation in the guiding ideology of the curriculum setup for teachers in normal universities, there is a lack of communication between the curriculum teaching and the educational reform, and the education investment in the construction of the curriculum is insufficient. Curriculum resources can not meet the requirements of curriculum implementation and so on. In view of the many problems, the author further discusses the strategies of curriculum reform of teachers' education in China. On the basis of proposing the direction of curriculum reform for teachers' education, the author optimizes the curriculum structure. Five aspects of curriculum reform, such as renewing curriculum contents, strengthening practical courses, reforming curriculum implementation and enriching curriculum resources, are studied in depth. The strategies of teacher education curriculum reform in teachers' colleges and universities are the key points of this paper. This is where the innovation lies. Among them, the proposals on the implementation of the double tutorial system and the development of the new curriculum for teacher education are more innovative than previous studies by scholars. It is also the characteristic of this paper. The research on the curriculum reform of teachers' education in our country is not only of practical significance, but also of theoretical value. This is not only the manifestation of conforming to the reform of national teacher education, but also of implementing the outline of education planning. It is also helpful to the development of the theory of teacher education reform and the deepening and perfection of curriculum theory in normal colleges and universities. This paper discusses the reform of teacher education curriculum in normal universities, and provides some suggestions and suggestions for solving the problems existing in teacher education courses in teachers colleges and universities at present. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for teachers' education courses in teachers' colleges and universities to train qualified teachers who can meet the needs of basic education curriculum reform and teachers' professional development.
