民国时期大学章程文本的要素分析及其启示

【摘要】：民国时期是中国高等教育发展的"黄金时期",其完备的大学章程文本为大学的迅速发展发挥了巨大的促进作用。目前,正值我国大学章程全面建设时期,回顾和借鉴民国时期优秀的大学章程文本显得颇具现实意义。民国时期大学章程文本的突出特点可以概括为:初现了"学院制"的管理模式,体现了"教授治校"的办学理念,凸显出对"办学目标"的准确定位。从中我们可以获得以下启示:章程应界定学院"职、责、权"的范围,应彰显"教授治学"的大学理念,应根据学校特色确定"办学目标"。
[Abstract]:The period of the Republic of China is the "golden period" of the development of higher education in China, and its complete text of the university charter has played a great role in promoting the rapid development of the university. It is of great practical significance to review and draw lessons from the excellent texts of the statutes of the Republic of China. The prominent features of the texts of the statutes of the Republic of China can be summed up as follows: the management mode of the "college system" appears at the beginning, and the idea of running a school by a professor is embodied. From this, we can get the following enlightenment: the charter should define the scope of "position, responsibility and power" of the college, highlight the university idea of "teaching and learning", and determine the "goal of running a school" according to the characteristics of the school.
