大学生领导力提升影响因素的Logistic回归模型分析——以福建农林大学为例

【摘要】：随着社会环境呈现多元化与不断变革的特征,对大学生领导力素质的要求将越来越高。本文基于Logisitc回归模型,以个体基本特征、大学生对领导力的自我认知、课外实践活动参与度和学校对构建大学生领导力氛围的重视程度四个维度探讨大学生领导力提升的影响因子,并提出应在提升学生对领导力的自我认知水平、丰富"第二课堂"活动、大力提升学生的参与度以及转变教育理念等方面重视学生领导力的开发。
[Abstract]:Along with the social environment and the characteristics of diversified reform, the student leadership quality requirements will be increasingly high. In this paper, based on the Logisitc regression model, with individual characteristics, college students for leadership self cognition, extracurricular activity participation and school factors influence to improve college students' leadership of the four dimensions of the importance of constructing college students' leadership atmosphere, and puts forward to promote students' self cognition level of leadership, enrich the second classroom activities, improve students' participation and the change of educational idea and other aspects of great importance to the development of student leadership.
