基于市场供需矛盾的高等教育人才培养研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济的迅速发展和高等学校的不断扩招,高等教育人才培养的需求和供给都有了较大幅度的提升。然而,高等教育人才培养的有效供给和现实需求的不一致,导致了高等教育人才培养市场供需矛盾的产生。消除高等教育人才培养市场供需矛盾,需要从总体上实施相关设计规划和从具体上采取相应对策措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities, the demand and supply of higher education personnel training have been greatly improved. However, the effective supply of higher education talent training is inconsistent with the actual demand. In order to eliminate the contradiction between supply and demand in higher education talent training market, it is necessary to carry out the relevant design plan and take corresponding countermeasures.
