大学新生教育中学校环境优化研究

【摘要】：大学新生教育是大学生思想政治教育的起点，也是提高我国高等教育质量工程的基础，大学新生教育离不开良好的学校环境。在现代社会条件下，国内外环境发生了重大变化，出现了许多新的环境因素，这对大学新生教育带来了难得的发展机遇，，同时也对大学新生提出了前所未有的挑战。深入研究学校环境，发挥学校环境的积极影响，抑制学校环境的消极影响对大学新生教育具有重要的现实意义。本研究从大学新生教育和学校环境的相关内涵入手，界定大学新生教育中的学校环境，包括物质环境、组织环境、文化环境、制度环境、人际环境和网络环境；进而探讨学校环境在大学新生教育中的理论依据和功能，揭示学校环境在大学新生教育中发挥着感染熏陶、激励导向、约束规范等重要功能；深入分析学校环境对大学新生教育的影响现状，得出良好的物质环境、优良的历史传统、丰富的校园活动以及健康的网络环境对大学新生教育起到了积极影响，但物质环境不完备、组织环境不纯洁、文化环境不浓厚、制度环境不完善、人际环境不和谐、网络环境监管不力等问题给大学新生教育带来了严竣挑战；在遵循科学的优化原则下，针对以上六方面的消极影响，提出了不断完善物质环境，致力于创造服务型的组织环境，大力营造高尚的文化环境，注重提高制度环境的规范性，努力建设和谐的人际环境，切实加强绿色网络环境建设，积极健全学校环境保障机制的优化对策。
[Abstract]:College freshman education is the starting point of college students' ideological and political education and the foundation of improving the quality of higher education in China. College freshmen education can not be separated from a good school environment. Under the modern social conditions, great changes have taken place in the domestic and foreign environment. Many new environmental factors have emerged, which have brought a rare opportunity for the development of freshmen's education, and at the same time have posed unprecedented challenges to freshmen. Study the school environment in depth and give full play to the positive impact of the school environment. Restraining the negative influence of the school environment is of great practical significance to the freshmen's education. Starting with the connotation of freshman education and school environment, this study defines the school environment of freshman education, including material environment, organizational environment, cultural environment, institutional environment, interpersonal environment and network environment. Then it discusses the theoretical basis and function of school environment in freshmen's education, and reveals that school environment plays an important role in freshmen's education, such as infection, encouragement, discipline and so on. By deeply analyzing the influence of school environment on freshmen's education, it is concluded that good material environment, fine historical tradition, rich campus activities and healthy network environment have played a positive role in freshmen's education. However, the material environment is not complete, the organization environment is not pure, the cultural environment is not strong, the system environment is not perfect, the interpersonal environment is not harmonious, and the network environment supervision is weak. In accordance with the principle of scientific optimization, and in view of the negative effects of the above six aspects, the paper puts forward that the material environment should be improved constantly, the organization environment of service type should be created, the noble cultural environment should be created, and the standardization of the system environment should be improved. We should make great efforts to build a harmonious interpersonal environment, strengthen the construction of green network environment, and improve the optimized countermeasures of school environmental protection mechanism.
