【摘要】：随着社会的不断发展，我国教育事业的投入在不断加大，高校规模也在发展壮大，随之产生的各种问题对高校内部管理水平都提出了更高的要求。其中，印信是高校身份与权威的体现，是高校行使其职能、联系工作的必要工具和凭证，也是高校合法性的象征和信验。印信在高校对内的管理以及对外的社会政治、经济活动中有着举足轻重、不可替代的作用。高校印信管理工作的重要性直接影响着高校职能的发挥及内部管理水平的表达，因此，研究如何完善高校印信管理、提高其效率具有十分重要的现实意义。本文以高校印信管理工作为主要研究对象，，从高校印信管理理论出发，运用“文献分析”“案例分析”“现场研究”等多种方法，结合A大学实例，对高校印信管理工作存在的问题及原因进行了分析，并分别从管理体制、印信管理人员和印信管理具体操作等三个层面展开，提出完善高校印信管理工作具体措施，以期对高校印信管理工作实践提供指导和帮助，从而更好的为师生提供服务，推进高校管理水平的提升。本文共分为五章。第一章介绍了研究的背景、目的及意义，相关文献概况，明确了研究的思路及方法。第二章介绍了研究的理论基础，即高校印信相关知识及相关理论依据。第三章介绍了高校印信管理的现状，主要分析了存在的问题。第四章对高校印信管理存在的问题的原因进行了系统分析。第五章针对问题提出了完善高校印信管理的对策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society, the investment of education in our country is increasing, and the scale of colleges is also growing. The problems that come with it have put forward higher requirements to the internal management level of colleges and universities. The printing letter is the embodiment of the identity and authority of the university, the necessary tool and voucher for the university to exercise its function and contact with the work, and also the symbol and the letter test of the legitimacy of the university. The importance of printing and letter management in colleges and universities has a direct impact on the exertion of university functions and the expression of internal management level. Therefore, this paper studies how to improve the printing and letter management in colleges and universities. It is of great practical significance to improve its efficiency. Based on the theory of printing and information management in colleges and universities, this paper makes use of many methods, such as "document analysis", "case analysis" and "field research", and combines with the example of A University. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the management of printing and letter in colleges and universities, and starts from three aspects: the management system, the management personnel and the concrete operation of the printing and letter management, and puts forward the concrete measures to perfect the management of printing and letter in colleges and universities. In order to provide guidance and help to the practice of printing and letter management in colleges and universities, so as to provide better service for teachers and students, and promote the improvement of management level in colleges and universities. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of the study, the general situation of the relevant literature, clear ideas and methods of the study, the second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the study. The third chapter introduces the current situation of printing and information management in colleges and universities. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems. Chapter 4th systematically analyzes the causes of the problems in the management of printing letters in colleges and universities. Chapter 5th puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the management of printing letters in colleges and universities.
