【摘要】：高校“80后”辅导员已经成为当前“90后”大学生思想政治教育工作的主力军。“80后”辅导员职业生涯规划的成败关系到大学生的健康成长、辅导员队伍的稳定与发展、学校乃至社会的和谐与稳定。本文笔者在对部分在昆高校“80后”辅导员的调查的基础上，了解和分析他们的工作状况、职业态度、职业生涯规划等方面的具体情况，针对性地提出完善高校“80后”辅导员职业生涯规划与发展的建议。本文主要从三个方面的内容对高校“80后”辅导员职业生涯规划进行了介绍。首先是对高校“80后”辅导员职业生涯规划的定位、特点及意义的介绍；之后又对高校“80后”辅导员职业生涯规划的目标、内容与基本原则进行阐述，最后提出了高校“80后”辅导员职业生涯规划的路径和方法。为高校“80后”辅导员职业生涯规划的系统性、长期性、可持续性研究提供参考，，也为今后高校制定“80后”辅导员相关政策提供依据。
[Abstract]:The "post-80s" counselors have become the main force in the ideological and political education of the post-90s college students. The success or failure of the post-80s counselors' career planning is related to the healthy growth of college students and the stability and development of the counselors' ranks. On the basis of the investigation of some post-80s counselors in Kunming University, the author understands and analyzes their working status, professional attitude, career planning and so on. This paper introduces the career planning of post-80s counselors in colleges and universities from three aspects. First of all, it introduces the career planning of post-80s counselors in colleges and universities. "the orientation of counselors' career planning, The characteristics and significance are introduced, and then the goals, contents and basic principles of career planning for post-80s college counselors are expounded. Finally, this paper puts forward the path and method of career planning for post-80s counselors in colleges and universities, which provides a reference for the systematic, long-term and sustainable research on the career planning of post-80s counselors in colleges and universities. It also provides the basis for the establishment of the "after-80s" counselors in colleges and universities in the future.
