产业结构转型、专业结构调整与大学生就业促进

【摘要】：正自我国高等教育进入大众化阶段以来,大学生就业难表现出一种长期性和持续性的态势;更为值得关注的是,大学生就业难是在近年来我国经济快速发展背景下产生的。究其原因,虽然与我国高等教育规模的持续扩大有很大关系,但更与经济发展对大学生就业的吸纳能力偏低密切相关。与此同时,席卷全球的经济危机,以及新一轮的产业资源在全球范围内的优化配置和战略性重组,促使我国必须通过产业结构调整来达到经济发展方式的转变。这就必然对我国高等教育人才培养的专业结构产生深刻影响:一方面经济结构转型有助于拓展大学生就业
[Abstract]:Since China's higher education has entered the stage of popularization, the employment of college students is difficult to show a long-term and sustained situation. The difficulty of obtaining employment for college students is due to the rapid economic development of our country in recent years. Although the reason is very much related to the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education in our country, At the same time, the global economic crisis, as well as a new round of industrial resources in the global optimal allocation and strategic restructuring, It is necessary to change the mode of economic development through the adjustment of industrial structure, which will inevitably have a profound impact on the professional structure of talents training in higher education in China: on the one hand, the transformation of economic structure will help to expand the employment of college students.
